This 2BR/1BA rental is the lower unit of a duplex with a convenient location just 200 feet to the beach. This rental is located just five houses from beautiful Pierpont Beach. Bring your bicycles and hop on the bike trail to cruise along the ocean. If you're looking for adventure, head to Ventura Harbor (2 miles) and board a boat to one of the lovely islands that make up Channel Islands National Park. Or you can take a leisurely drive to Ojai (17 miles) or Santa Barbara (29 miles) for a fun-filled day trip.

After a day of fun, relax at this comfortable retreat, complete with a spacious back patio. Get comfortable in the beach-hued living room, outfitted with a sofa, cozy upholstered chair, and 42in flat-screen TV. The clean and compact kitchen is bathed in natural light. Here you'll find full-size appliances and ample cookware.

This rental sleeps up to four guests between two bedrooms. Sleep soundly in a plush full-size bed in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom holds a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a small desk. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Make use of the fenced backyard and dine alfresco at the covered outdoor table with seating for four. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a shared washer/dryer, two bikes, one kayak, and a beach chair, as well as driveway parking for two vehicles is provided.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Great location, nice fenced in courtyard! Double bed comfy, but twin bunk bed mattresses were not great. We couldn’t get the heat to work, super cold, reached out and no help. Old broken toaster oven, hair dryer didn’t work, needs some more silverware. Living space and kitchen were nice. A bit frustrated that the info with access code wasn’t sent until 35 min after our check in time.

Wonderful stay

Check-in was easy, although gate latch was malfunctioning and required repair. We found the living room floor had not been cleaned thoroughly, but that was remedied by the management the next day. Laundry facilities were excellent. Beds were comfortable, and the curtains adequately darkened the rooms. We would return.

Not happy

I already submitted a review and it was never posted. We were not happy with the lack of cleanliness, windows, screens, window tracks, front door, screen door, heater vent, ceiling fan & chain were all filthy. I ended up cleaning the front door, screen door and a few of the window screens & tracks from the inside. The location was great. All details were listed in the review 8 already sent. I will reach out to the owner since I'm guessing she wasn't notified.

Great beach location

The residence was clean, close to the beach and restaurants and bars. Although we didn’t take advantage of them, there were bicycles that could be used during the stay. The residence could use updating, a new toaster oven, and some new pots & pans. We also would have liked the ability to watch local news and weather but the tv can only be used with any streaming services for which the guest has subscription services.

Perfect location

This was a perfect spot! Just a few ft away from the beach and close to food. The unit itself is pretty outdated, but just as mentioned in the advertisement. The garage included very convenient beach chaira, and also had water toys and bikes. We didn’t use them but I think that is a great touch!

Great location steps from the beach

This property was exactly as you see it in the photos. The garage was stocked with bikes and beach gear with a washer and a dryer. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and bars. Husband, 2 kids, and myself were very comfortable. It also felt very private and quiet even though it’s close to neighbors. The house is nothing fancy but very cute and clean. We had a great vacation.

A Musty Stay

If outdated, musty, and unclean places are your thing- this place is for you! The lock on the gate without a combo was a great way to start after our long drive. Should have been a sign. It was all downhill from there. After hours of back and forth, the management company finally figured it out.

Was unclean when we arrived. Beds slept in, only dirty used towels, gate locked. Spent hours on with the property management trying to fix the issue. We ended up going somewhere else. If you like dingy, outdated, mildew-smelling places- then this is the one for you

Sweet beach stay

Had a great time at this little place with my two young boys. The beach is SO close and we got to see a ton of sealife on the rocks at low tide. Ventura had a lot to offer for activities. We did a Channel Islands boat tour and sailed with a mega pod of dolphins! So memorable!
