Just a short stroll to the sand, this spacious and well-equipped beach house makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your days—whether that means beach mornings with the wagon and boogie boards or cozy evenings at home in the winter months. Pet-friendly, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked, this is a place where vacations feel simple and relaxed.

**Guest Access
Guests enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire home, including all interior spaces, the secure patio, and garage areas used for beach gear.

Check-in is seamless with keyless self-entry. We respect your privacy throughout your stay and are always available if you need assistance.

**Booking process - Please read :)
- After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget!
- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your Guest Portal, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.
- Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal.
- Early check-in must be requested through the Guest Portal.
- A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal.
- You may cancel your reservation up to 1 day before check-in for a $99 processing fee.

The layout allows everyone to spread out while still coming together easily, with mini-split A/C and heating in every room, bright interiors, and an easy indoor-outdoor flow. The home is well suited for families, couples, and guests traveling with dogs.
