-Close to great beach activities, sand volleyball courts, wonderful bicycle path (to Ojai, Santa Barbara or Oxnard), fishing trips, whale watching and trips to Channel Islands National Park are all available from Ventura and Channel Islands Harbors (only five to ten minutes away).
