Torre Grimaldi is a restored historic tower set in the botanical park of Castello Voronoff, on the Ligurian coast near Menton. Originally a Saracen lookout and later a Genoese defensive tower, it is now a characterful house. Set on multiple levels connected by a steep staircase made of original stone, the tower features a living area with a kitchenette, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and is ideal for up to four guests. A rooftop and garden terraces set the scene for drinks, meals and relaxation with a backdrop of sweeping sea views. As the tower forms part of a larger estate overlooking Menton and the Mediterranean, guests have access to the estateâs large shared swimming pool, tennis court and gardens. Positioned above the town of Grimaldi Inferiore, the panoramic location also offers convenient access to both the Italian Riviera and the French coast.

Interiors:
A spiral staircase (37 steps) leads up to the main terrace with the entrance door to: MAIN LEVEL - Open-plan room with a small living area with ornamental fireplace, dining table and kitchenette. From the entrance a first flight of stairs leads down to LOWER LEVEL - Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. A second flight of stairs leads up to: TOWER LEVEL - Living room, a bathroom with tub, a loft (low ceiling) open to the living room with a French double bed. A third flight of spiral stairs leads up to: ROOF LEVEL - Panoramic terrace on the roof of the tower with sitting area and sun loungers. Mobile hydronic fan equipped with Ion ionizer in the bedroom.
Park:
Torre Grimaldi is located inside the shared park of the Voronoff Castle, a terraced botanical garden that covers more than two hectares. Guests have access to trails, viewpoints, and shady benches distributed throughout the property. The vegetation includes citrus fruits, palm trees, succulent plants, olive trees, aromatic herbs and flowering shrubs. An elevator dug into the rock allows you to easily reach the lower part of the estate, where the pool is located. N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The communal pool is located at the bottom of the estate and can be reached on foot or by lift. Rectangular in shape, measuring 20 x 10 m with a maximum depth of 4 m; covered in light blue PVC; salt purification system; internal lighting. It is surrounded by a large sun terrace. Open from mid-June to mid-September.
Tennis Court:
The shared tennis court is located at the top of the park. Granulated concrete surface; fenced; standard dimensions; available on request; not illuminated.
