Beautiful house in a cute neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are newly remodeled. The hostess is kind and responsive. The Venice Mercantile market is across the street and provides a fun antiquing and artist's market. Downtown Venice is a quick drive up the street. Venice is a gem on the Gulf coast and I will definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for the wonderful time at your beach retreat! This home was perfect for our Venice vacation! The house was super clean, fully stocked with any housewares you could need, great communication with the host, and safe and quiet neighborhood. One of the best perks was the location, being able to stay right on the island was very convenient. So close to the beach, shopping, downtown Venice, it was amazing! Highly recommend this property and host for anyone visiting Venice, we had the best vacation ever and already looking forward to our next visit!

The house was absolutely beautiful. The host was exceptional. Communication was fantastic. Had absolutely no issues. House had full size washer and dryer with washer tabs available (I brought my own) snacks and coffee pods were also available. House is so close to the beach. Perfect stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Venice Vacation May 2025

Great property to stay at. Very close to the beach but more like 10 min walk and 5 min by car. (Not a big deal) The property owner also made me get insurance which was utilized because they thought we cracked the bath tub in one of the bathrooms. In reality it was already like that the first day we got there but according to them the cleaning service didn't point it out ahead of time. Regardless, it didn't costme anything since they required us to purchase insurance before we rented anyway. Pretty good communication and overall I think I would stay here again.

Our VRBO rental was very nice for my husband and me as we escaped the gray chilly weather in Columbus! Duplex owner Gayle was great, easy to contact, and the unit was very clean and well taken care of. We would rent from her again!

Venice Beach Family Christmas!

Very nice property with two bedrooms. Was so nice to have a second bathroom with shower! The screened in sitting area was beautiful to sit and read in the mornings and evenings. There is a roll out twin bed that worked well for my significant others mom to sleep on. It was clean and had every amenity you could possibly need while staying. There wasn’t an air fryer but there is an air fryer option on the stove! The kids used it to warm up leftovers. Washer and dryer was nice to have to wash dandy clothes. I would highly recommend staying here!! Happy New Year to Gayle, the owner !

Highly recommend this rental. Very clean, well appointed, modern renovation to this 2 bedroom duplex. Just a few blocks off the beach. In an established neighborhood in downtown Venice with lots of landscaping to offer shade for the lanai. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
