Maison récemment rénovée avec piscine d'eau salée chauffée et bain à remous. Proche des plages, moderne et accueillant avec piscine privée et deux lits king size.

Venez profiter de cette maison récemment rénovée et privée! Cette maison est située au centre avec un accès facile aux plages, restaurants et magasins.

Avec un 2-3 minutes en voiture, vous pouvez rejoindre le ferry de South Venice (disponible uniquement pour cette communauté) qui vous mènera à une belle plage privée! Carte de ferry disponible pour nos clients sans frais supplémentaires.

La maison a une toute nouvelle exposition ensoleillée à l'ouest, une piscine chauffée à l'eau salée (), ainsi qu'un jacuzzi indépendant. Belle terrasse pavée et spécieuse avec une clôture d'écran nouvellement installée couvrant toute la zone.

La cuisine est moderne et entièrement équipée si vous décidez de rester et de préparer un repas. Les deux chambres ont des lits king size (Guest Master est une mousse à mémoire ferme). La chambre principale a un lit king-size confortable (hybride à ressorts / mousse moyennement ferme) avec une entrée directe sur le patio / la piscine. Les chambres sont situées sur les côtés opposés de la maison (séparées par la cuisine et le salon) pour plus d'intimité. Les deux salles de bains ont des douches à l'italienne. Le coin salon dispose d'un canapé-lit qui se transforme en lit double.

Le garage avec porte automatique gardera votre voiture en sécurité, au sec et au frais.

Excellent stay! Perfectly appointed house for our vacation, so close to Manasota Key and other Venice beaches. We loved it! The pool and deck are so private and tropical and the beach supplies were an awesome addition.

This property was perfect for my husband and I, and our dog Bella. It was clean. The host, Chester was extremely attentive. We had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun, vacation.The tropical themed screened lanai area with heated, saltwater pool was glorious and just large enough for me to do my daily laps, while my husband loved the hot tub. Venice beach was a short drive and there are some excellent restaurants, all within a 15-30 minute drive

We had the BEST time ever at Casa Coco! The house was immaculate, it had everything we needed (plus so much more). I’m very picky about hot tubs and this hot tub was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Having the enclosed patio was such a bonus with the pool. Unfortunately we came in on the coldest time ever and couldn’t use the pool, but boy did I try! I jumped in a few times and it was lovely and warm (just not warm enough outside). Thank you so much for our stay, we will be coming back!

The Heated pool and hot tub were very enjoyable! The landscaping was absolutely beautiful and gave the home privacy, especially the back covered pool, patio & hot tub area! I wish I was still laying in a chaise lounge listening to the palm trees moving in the breeze! The home had everything that you needed and nothing that you didn’t! Some rentals have absolutely nothing in them not even paper towels or Ziploc bags or Tupperware container for packing lunches for the beach. Others have lots of junk to sort through in the kitchen and drawers. This home was perfect for two children and adults! Chester and Aneta have great attention to detail throughout the home and were great with communication.

Chester and Aneta have put so much thought into their home! It was clean, comfortable and close to so many beaches. We enjoyed our excursions away from the home and enjoyed having all of the amenities at the home to come back to for a relaxing afternoon and evening. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful!

The Casa Coco was just perfect!. So close to everything Venice has to offer. The pool and hot tub were just what we need on the unseasonably cool nights during out visit. Having two king bedrooms and separate baths made it so nice for privacy. Chester and Aneta were wonderful hosts. Will definitely be going back!

Perfect Home in a Perfect Location

5 star home with a 6 star host. We had planned events in Sarasota, Punta Gorda, and Fort Myers on several days but spent most our time locally enjoy Manasota Key, Venice, and Venetian Waterway Trail/Legacy Trail. We found this area of Florida more manageable for dinner reservations and tee times......as more popular areas are getting bottlenecked. Thank you Aneta and Chester!!

Chester and Aneta’s place is perfect! Super clean and well appointed. Short drive to restaurants and beaches. This was our 4th stay and the only reason we might not return to this house would be to try their other VRBO also in Venice. Tough decision! Either way, we are looking forward to it already.

Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed for 8 weeks during January and February. Check-in was smooth and easy and the house was exactly as it appears in the photos. Chester and Aneta were great hosts and made sure we had everything we need throughout our stay. We especially loved ending our day in the spa, but the pool was very nice too. This house has it all! From the gorgeous pool area to the comfortable beds, this place was so perfect for our family of four. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals or make frozen drinks. The whole house was cozy and clean! The owners even provided a flea rake for shark tooth hunting, beach chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler for using at the many shark tooth beaches in the area. The owner, Chester was easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make our stay amazing! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a fabulous place to stay Chester and Anita!

My favorite VRBO stay of all time. From amazing hosts who were very helpful and informative, to a pristine property that met all of my family’s needs from rest and relaxation to fun and sun. Perfect weather, warm pool and relaxing hot tub, with modern interior decor that reminded me of home. 10 minute drive to Manasota Beach where we enjoyed our afternoons, laying in the sun and collecting shark teeth. The Perfect Place

This place exceeded all of our expectations for vacation. With COVID-19 we were hesitant to even take a vacation but I’m so thankful we did! This home is exactly as it appears in photos. It is by far the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. From the moment we walked through the front door, we were amazed by the smallest details that go into making this house comfortable. The owners were available for any need that we had and so friendly. This home has everything that you could possibly need, including a backyard that you’ll never want to leave! We are already trying to decide when we will return. This home was definitely worth our 14 hour drive!

The Perfect Tropical Oasis!

We can't say enough good things about both the property and the owners. We are frequent VRBO guests and this is by far the best property experience we've had. The property was spotlessly clean, well provisioned and comfortable. We brought our small dog with us and was delighted to find a pet bowl with fresh water waiting on him at check-in. For us, there was a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates with the sweetest personalized note. We enjoyed using the pool toys, beach gear and grill. We didn't find time for the bicycles, but they were in excellent shape and looked like fun. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We didn't use the hot tub since it was closed for the summer, but the pool was lovely. We hope to be return guests soon.

Everything we hoped for...AND MORE!

This house had everything we could possibly want or need, it was clear very early on that they truly thought of everything! The accommodations were so nice we almost didn’t want to leave for the beach! The hot tub/pool was perfect, the atmosphere they have set up inside and out is almost like it came straight from a magazine, you can tell they care deeply to make this a nice place to stay! The personalized welcome note and surprises were the cherry on top and such a nice touch! Communication from the beginning of our trip (and throughout to check if we ever needed anything) was top notch. The hosts really care to make sure you have a great stay! We did not want to leave! This was honestly the best VRBO (or any rental) we’ve ever stayed at, we would definitely love to return here again! If you are looking at houses in the area, look no further, you will not regret booking this one, worth every penny.

Nice size for 2-4 people

We enjoyed our stay at the Casa Coco. The house was definitely smaller than we usually rent, but worked out fine for just my husband and I. The owner (Chester) was great at communicating when he needed to stop by and treat the pool. He also gave us some info on the area and is super friendly. The house is well equipped with everything you need, including a blender which is not listed on the kitchen amenities. The only downside for us was that the beds were much firmer than we prefer and also the sleeper sofa. We brought our Frenchie with us and the yard is not completely fenced in, so we had to keep a good eye on him when we let him out. Also, there isn't any counter space in the bathrooms, so you have to limit what you really need in that area. Other than that, it worked great for us.
