Romantic Canal View Apartment next to St. Mark's Square
The Falier is a luxuriously restored one bedroom apartment found next to the famous Piazza San Marco and its amazing landmarks, such as the Basilica and the Doge's Palace.
Despite the immediate vicinity to the main tourist itinerary, it is very quiet and tucked away from the crowd, being located in a dead-end side street.
It receives plenty of natural light from the many windows facing a picturesque Canal and the rooftops of the historic center. The bedroomâs beautiful "Bifora" (traditional double arched windows) open on a little Istria Stone balcony, typical of the Venetian homes.
During the recent conservative renovation, the Caring Owner maintained the beautiful historical features such as the antique doors and windows and the beamed ceiling, while outfitting the apartment with contemporary amenities such as A/C, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction stoves, espresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, a luxurious bathroom with shower, hairdryer, etc.
In the living room there is a very comfortable double sofa-bed, an antique dining table for 2 people and a brand-new kitchen with top-of-the line electrical appliances. The bedroom is particularly romantic, with a comfortable king size bed, plenty of precious fabrics and a large antique wardrobe plus a dressing table.
The Falier apartment is a perfect home for couples that love privacy and living in a quiet environment, or for singles needing a "pied-Ă -terre" for a while in Venice.
