Elegantly renovated apartment located on a side street of Strada Nuova, near the famous Cà d'Oro building. The apartment is located in a very central but at the same time very quiet area, outside the tourist flow. The Rialto Bridge is a 5-minute walk away, the Fondamente Nuove can be reached in a few steps, where you will find the stops to reach the islands of the Venetian lagoon (Murano, Burano Torcello). Well-kept, very welcoming and equipped with every comfort including free WiFi. Hardwood floors and exposed beams throughout the house. Mosaic bathroom. Entrance, living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. The price includes sheets, towels, microwave, oven, hair dryer and basic necessities. You will be taken home on your arrival, after 21 we will give you all the directions to get there. Next to the entrance door there is a box with a code where you will find the keys to the door and to the apartment. The Municipality of Venice asks for a tourist tax of 4.00 euros per person for the first five days. The tourist tax will be paid in cash, with receipt issued, upon delivery of the keys.

ROMANTIC HOUSE is located in a very central area that allows you to reach well-known places such as the Rialto Bridge, S. Marco, the famous Rialto market, Chiesa dei Miracoli, S:S: Giovanni e Paolo in a short time on foot. You can also reach the less known and very suggestive Venice. For those arriving from Piazzale Roma or the station, the Ca' d'Oro jetty is a five-minute walk away, for those arriving from the airport, the ALILAGUNA stop is a five-minute walk away. Always in the area supermarkets, restaurants, bars. I recommend the gondola ferry, costing 2 euros, to go to the Rialto market. We provide brochures on the various events and indications on where to find costumes to dress up in Venice! If you wish to participate in a masquerade party, please let us know in advance so that we can give you all the necessary information.
