Basilique Saint-Marc - environ 350 mĂštres Ă  pied de l'appartement. San Marco est un excellent choix pour les voyageurs intĂ©ressĂ©s par les musĂ©es, l'histoire et la romance. Il est Ă©galement trĂšs proche du premier quartier commerçant de Venise. Et l'arrĂȘt de vaparetto (bateaux-bus) n'est qu'Ă  deux rues!

Est-ce qu'un beau canal dégagé des deux chambres (et des deux salles de bains!) ce qui est un avantage considérable pour s'imprégner de l'atmosphÚre vénitienne.
L'appartement est au 4Úme étage et l'immeuble dispose d'un ascenseur ... une rareté pour Venise!

L'appartement a rĂ©cemment subi une rĂ©novation complĂšte avec tous les meubles et accessoires neufs. Il n’a Ă©tĂ© disponible que rĂ©cemment.

Il est spacieux et se compose de 2 chambres et de 2 salles de bains. Il comprend les bidets. La cuisine est disponible pour prendre soin de la vaisselle pendant que vous explorez la ville!). Un téléviseur LED UHD de 55 pouces.

Il n'y a pas de ponts entre l'arrĂȘt du bateau-bus et vous ne pouvez pas rater vos bagages sur les nombreux ponts de Venise, un dĂ©fi typique pour les voyageurs se rendant dans la ville romantique!

Nice apartment, feels freshly renovated, clean and cozy, elevator is a great plus. Location is perfect. It was November so a little cold, took some hours to get it feeling warmer, canal noise in the morning but you can't really avoid that. Great host Irene, very available and helpful.

I came to Venice with my husband, my brother and his wife. We were thrilled with the apartment and it exceeded our expectations. it was very clean, up to date, and had EVERYTHING we needed. It was about a three minute walk to the water taxi/bus. Coop, which was the market we shopped at for our groceries, was right near the water taxi. Again, a three minute walk. It was close to all the shops and in a very, very nice area. Irene was so attentive and responded quickly to all of our questions. I would absolutely refer a friend and also come back here again. We were all satisfied! Thank you Irene.

Great location! Nice place! One thing to know is that there is a check-in form to fill out on line for vacation rentals that requires you to take a picture of your passport and a second picture with you holding your passport. Ask Irene or Francesca to provide the on line form well in advance so you can complete it in a suitable location and time.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is in a perfect location which gave us the best possible Venetian experience. The apartment is newly remodeled and has wonderfully sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 almost identical bathrooms. The Host, Irene was very helpful with suggestions of the surrounding restaurants and activities nearby. When ever we return to Venice, we hope this perfect location is available to greet us again. Thank you Irene for your professional and kind assistance to make our vacation perfect.

We just returned from Venice. Our group was two couples. The 2 identical bedrooms were perfect for us. We checked in August 10-13. The check in process was seamless. Irene was very helpful in helping us book the water taxi from the airport and helping us get to the apt via WhatsAp with photos of the street, etc. We also used it to stay in touch for any reason, she is extremely helpful. The unit is on the 4th floor but there is a lift which helps you get your luggage up to the 4th floor. The kitchen facilities are adequate although we didn’t use them but we used the fridge, which was nice to have. The Wifi works great! There is a small washer which works well for small loads and a small dryer which was having issues but we hung up clothes on the rack and that was fine! The bathroom is equipped with toiletries and a hair dryer. Make sure to follow all the apartment rules and don’t loose the keys - cost is 50. In addition - a big caution to all is to make sure that when you purchase a water bus ticket, you “validate” it on the validator machine. The validator is located near the kiosk where you purchase the ticket. If you don’t do it, you will get a 50 fine per ticket that you have to pay on the spot to the ticket enforcer on the bus - seems like a scam but it’s Italy’s rule on all public transportation including the train. So it’s not enough to just have a ticket, you got to validate it. Just throwing this in as an fyi. We learned the hard way. Enjoy Venice, it’s beautiful!

Great Stay

The apartment was as listed and was in a great location. AC worked great, plenty of hot water but neds and pillow could be replaced - as they were hard and lumpy. The unit was a 4 minute walk to the water taxi near Rialto bridge. PM helped and arranged the water taxis for us as Bezos was in town and they were hard to book. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon.

Best Location

The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and very comfortable. AC worked great, hot water, laundry all good. Best location ever!!! Close to everything and on a canal. Canal can be noisy with traffic late at night/early morning but we were so tired, it didn’t matter. Used shutters to keep sun out early. Elevator was a bonus! Best stay ever!

1st time in Venice

This was our first time in Venice and first experience in Italy. The apartment was very clean and perfect for us. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living area. It is on the highest floor of the building and has an elevator. The elevator is a little tight with luggage but easy to make 2 trips. Irene was an amazing host. Detailed picture instruction of how to get from the Vaporetto to the apartment. Although we did not need a lot, she was very helpful with my questions. We walked all over Venice and the apartment was in a great central location that was always active during the day and much quieter at night. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic everything

This flat is very clean. Communication was top notch once I had the What’s app. Irene and Francesca have a super safe spot and it’s so close to everything. Irene helped us navigate through taxis to get to the flat and we were within 2 min of the stop which was so nice with all of our bags. Instructions were very simple. 5/5 star rating. It was excellent in every aspect!

Great Venice stay!

The property was clean and practically laid out. Beds were comfortable. Location was amazing. Had a little trouble communicating with Irene until i realized she was using whatsapp, which i never use. But then everything was wonderful. She went out of her way to meet us at the boat taxi dock and take us to the condo. She also prearranged the water taxi for our arrival and also our departure. Didn't have the correct adapter but luckily she had one in the condo and also 1 blow dryer. Thank you Irene for a great experience and a great 2/2 to stay in with friends.

The perfect place

This is the perfect place for two couples visiting Venice. It is ideally located between the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. We could walk everywhere. The apartment was clean, neat and uncluttered with modern appliances--everything we needed. And there is an elevator! It was easy for us to walk to the apartment from the water taxi at the Rialto Bridge. Our Venice host, Irene, was very available and helped us arrange our water taxis, provided useful information about restaurants and was very accommodating. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. I am recommending this place to all my friends who visit Venice.

A Venetian Holiday

Very comfortable for 2 couples or a family of four. Irene was very helpful when the lift broke down and came to help us with the bags. Only trouble it is noisy at night. Busy area. In the morning when the gulls start cackling and the boats start it’s very noisy! But a very enjoyable stay nevertheless!

Perfect Venezia location

Very clean, comfortable and perfect location for our visit to Venice. Very easy access from the water taxi, no stairs to climb and right at the base of the Rialto bridge. Convenient location to excellent restaurants and sightseeing. If we come to Venice again, we will definitely stay here!

Modern cleanline

Had everything except for shampoo and conditioner. Hairblower didn’t work in bathroom and air conditioner was in the hallway not in bedroom. Also very very very loud to keep window open while we slept. Wasn’t good
