Its position is strategic to visit both Venice and its beautiful surroundings: it is only 5 km far from Marco Polo Airport and you can reach Venice in only 20 minutes by bus. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, including free parking outside the property (also for bicycles inside the property!), garden, ultra-fast wi-fi and air conditioning/heating.
This 55mq apartment, part of a main building, is characterized by high quality finishes. It is located on the ground floor of an adjoining but independent living unit, beside of which the host lives. It is surrounded by a nice garden which offers privacy and intimacy. The access is easy and the entrance is provided with a security door.
The doussié wooden-floored apartment consists of a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed (king size bed of 180cmx200cm or, at the guests' choice, two single beds) and n.1 temporary bed at guests disposal (cradle or sofa bed). The bedroom offers a spacious wardrobe and a functional desk to practice smart-working thanks to the internet with fibre optic connection (FTTH - Fiber To The Home). The fully-equipped kitchen, located in a separate room, includes a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and all necessary tools to enjoy a good breakfast or an easy meal. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and all the essentials.
The large, cosy living room overlooks the garden behind the house, whose terrace turns into a perfect place for breakfast or a moment of relaxation during the summer months. For guest use only, it can be accessed through a French door.
The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning. Towels, bed linen and a complete house manual are provided. There is also the possibility of using a washing machine.
In front of the house, which is located in a safe blind street, guests can use a free parking space. The owners live in the adjacent living unit and are available for any requests or information.
The apartment is located in the centre of Favaro Veneto, just a few minutes' walk from the bus and tram stops to Venice, Marco Polo Airport and Mestre Railway Station. Public transport is available from early morning to late evening.
Within a few minutes' walk it is possible to reach supermarkets, grocery shops and restaurants, the health district and the green spaces of this residential but strategically-located neighbourhood.
Furthermore, in a short car trip (and also by public transport) it is possible to reach famous places of interest such as Padua, Treviso, the Prosecco Hills, Verona, the Dolomites and much more: just ask the owners for advice!
Following the current tourism regulations in force in Italy, and specifically in the Venice area, at the time of check-in guests will be asked to:
