Modern apartment recently renovated in a strategic location and a short distance from the Venezia Mestre train station, allowing easy access to Venezia Santa Lucia station.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator and can accommodate up to 5 people. The living area is modern and consists of a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, toaster, oven dining table, and a comfortable sofa and TV. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: the first has a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, desk, and air conditioning, while the second has a single bed, desk, and air conditioning.
The property is completed by a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as the presence of a practical double sofa bed.
Guests will also enjoy additional amenities, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heating, a washing machine, and an iron, ensuring a comfortable stay.
