Charmant appartement dans le Sestiere de Cannaregio, à quelques pas d\'un quartier résidentiel animé.

L\'appartement dispose de 3 chambres, 2 avec un lit king-size et une avec deux lits jumeaux, un grand salon, une cuisine confortable et bien équipée et une salle de bains avec douche.

L\'appartement est au premier Ă©tage d\'un immeuble indĂ©pendant rien que pour vous. Les fenĂȘtres donnent sur la rue avant et sur un jardin privĂ© calme.

Excellent location in Venice! Beds are low and uncomfortable but apartment is well located. Check in was easy and host communicates well! Washer is a great feature and apartment is very close to so many cafe, restaurants and shops.

Overall, the apartment is very nice! It’s spacious, clean and has plenty of room to sleep 5-6 comfortably. It is a far walk and in a quiet section of Venice giving it a nice feel for the city! The air conditioning works well which was a great benefit in the July heat. We did have an issue with check in and communication. Overall, a good experience as long as you’re prepared to walk a lot (probably the norm in Venice)!

What a beautiful gem in the perfect neighborhood

My family of 2 adults and 2 kids stayed at Ca'Giulia for 6 nights. It was perfect. Very spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed apartment, walking distance to everything. For a week we felt like true Venetians. We would get pastries at the bakery down the street for breakfast & necessities from coop next to it, we tried many of the neighborhood restaurants and we had such a great time. Our favorites were Agricole and Venetica for dinner and Times bar became our regular spot for evening cocktails. It was very easy to connect a check in with Freddy and he was very helpful throughout our stay. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else if we ever make it back. The only downside was the internet, husband tried to work a few hours here and there but it was challenging.

Dark and Tired

The apartment was a good size but it was much darker than in the photos with virtually no natural light in the lounge room and two of the bedrooms. The wifi was terribly slow and patch and the floors were dirty. The lounge has a small TV, but it doesn't have any free to air channels. It only worked in you logged in to your own streaming platform. But because of the slow wifi that was tricky.

Great property & location

My family & I had a wonderful stay at this large property. We had plenty of room to spread out and the a/c worked so well! I loved the area where we were located. Very close to lots of restaurants and a couple of grocery stores. We will definitely be coming back!

Fabulous Location

Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults, although there is only one bathroom. The location is great, in a quieter area but still close to restaurants, shops, and vaporetti. The AC worked well and was much appreciated.

Nice neighborhood but won’t stay here again

It’s a nice location in Venice, not far from all the touristy attractions but it still manages to get away from all the noise. Apartment is spacious and has AC. Those are all pluses. The communication with the welcoming contact was not very good, but it was better with the property owner. The shower is small and not that clean. The pillows are not that comfortable and the blankets are very thin. So when we turned on AC because it was hot during the day, we were cold during the night. The blankets in the closets didn’t look clean, so we didn’t use them.

Large apartment in a great location

We were a family group of five adults and one infant. There was plenty of space for everyone. We were within easy walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery shopping and more. The beds were comfortable and the space was very usable. Cuter in person.

Virkelig skÞn lejlighed med alt vi havde brug for lige nedenfor. Roligt kvarter, indkÞb og gode restauranter, cafeer. Lejligheden har god plads til vores familie pÄ 6 og fordeling af soverum fungerede godt. 2 indvendige dÞrhÄndtag drillede lidt, men ellers er alt i lejligheden i orden. Meget nem og effektiv dialog med vÊrten.

Wonderful!

What a wonderful apartment! Tucked away from the super busy spots but close enough to walk anywhere. Such a great neighborhood! The apartment is very cute and spacious and includes anything you might need. Our host Frederico was more than hospitable! He sat down with us and gave all sorts of recommendations from restaurants to sight-seeing to which taxis to take where. Truly a great find! Thank you!

Beautiful Apartment good location.

It past our expectations. We had exceptional communication with Federico y Cristina. They offered many ideas on how to get around and very good restaurant recommendations. I liked how the apartment was very clean. The only downside was that the wifi was a bit slow.

The apartment was very lovely, spacious and comfortable for 4 female travelers. Communication and check in were very easy. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. We would stay here again on another visit.
