Un appartement ultra-avantageux et paisible au deuxième étage, une partie d'un édifice ancien dans le quartier exclusif de San Samuele - un quartier tranquille et débordant de culture avec des galeries et des magasins d'antiquités, bien en retrait du vacarme mais proche de Campo Santo Stefano, avec ses cafés invitants en plein air et le Musée des Arts Modernes de Palazzo Grassi.







A quelques pas de l'illustre « Palazzo Mocenigo » sur le Canal Grande - le refuge vénitien du poète britannique Lord Byron (1788-1824), romantique et érudit, « fou, méchant et dangereux à connaitre » et près de la « Casa Veronese » - la demeure du peintre exceptionnel du XVIème siècle de la Renaissance italienne, Paolo Veronese (le créateur des « Noces de Cana » et du « Repas chez Levi » qui sont aujourd'hui exposés à l'Académie des Beaux Arts juste en face du Pont de l'Accademia situé à proximité).





Ca' Grassi 1 est tranquille, lumineux, aéré et frais, complètement aménagé dans des couleurs délicieuses.

Il offre la connexion internet Wifi et, en terme de logement, il se compose d'un grand séjour/salle à manger décoré avec goût, une cuisine bien équipée (vous pourrez faire un saut au supermarché/magasin de spécialités gastronomiques et vin local pour vous procurer les ingrédients nécessaires pour créer votre plat préféré de retour à la « maison » ), deux chambres confortables (une grande, l'autre plus compacte mais toutes deux avec lits matrimoniaux) et deux salles de bain : l'une avec baignoire et l'autre avec douche.





Laissez-vous tenter par les cafés dans les alentours et les restaurants et lorsque vous serez prêts à vous risquer et explorer ou bien revisiter les innombrables séductions de la ville, vous trouverez deux arrêts de vaporetto à quelques minutes ainsi que un « Traghetto » qui, durant les horaires de service (veuillez contrôler avant d'effectuer le voyage) transporte les passagers en gondole sur le Canal Grande - entre Calle Del Tragheto (près de Sant 'Angelo) et San Toma dans le quartier de San Polo.

Un choix très confortable dans un emplacement incroyablement commode - a quelques pas de la galerie de l'interior designer Chiarastella Cattana – un showroom sophistiqué de tissus et de meubles caractéristiques et précieux et, pour les amateurs du parfum, l'outlet vénitien de la fameuse « Officina Profumo Farmaceutica de Santa Maria Novella » de Florence - l'une des plus anciennes pharmacies du monde qui à l'époque créait les fragrances de Catherine de Médicis.



Toute arrivée entre 20 h et minuit est tarifée 50 €, payables en espèces immédiatement. Nous organisons des check-ins entre minuit et 1 h du matin, avec une majoration de 100 €, payables en espèces immédiatement. Après 1 h du matin, nous réservons le droit d'accepter le Client, toujours avec un supplément à quantifier en fonction de l'heure d'arrivée.

Great location in Venice

Spacious, quiet and classy apartment in a great location

We loved everything about this apartment. How spacious the living room and bathrooms were, how quiet and comfortable the bedrooms were. The classy furnishings and appliances and the most convenient location 2 minutes from the water bus stop and a 15 minute walk to St Mark's Square. Everything was spotless, Lucca gave us a wonderful welcome and Enrica was available via whatsapp and quick to reply throughout our stay. Highly recommend this apartment and the Views On Venice team.

Anna Lisa is so responsive and super helpful. The apartment was very clean, beds are comfortable and is walkable to most historical sites and amazing restaurants. Lovely apartment!

Ca' Grassi was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed our stay there. The apartment is very large with high ceilings and large windows. Everything was clean and the kitchen, although small, is bright, modern and well equipped. It's location is super for sightseeing around Venice. Thank you to the staff of Views on Venice for meeting us at the waterbus stop, showing us around the flat and for the tips on getting around in Venice. Great stay!

Comfortable and quiet centrally located apartment in Venice.

This apartment was exactly as described. Very easy to get to via vaporetto stop S. Samuele, no bridges to lug our suitcases over. The bathrooms were large and the shower in one had good water pressure. The kitchen was well organized but we only used it for morning cappuccino. A very nice trattoria nearby with topical Venetian dishes.

This apartment is SO NICE! A very comfortable two bed/two bath that is somehow undersold by the nice pictures on the listing. I can't recommend this place enough. Our host was extremely helpful and even set up a glass blowing factory tour for us. I love this apartment. Living room is very large and very comfortable. The bathrooms were both very clean and spacious. The air conditioning was much needed and much appreciated. The location is very central, in San Marco, very close to a water bus stop and close to restaurants and cafes. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Venice.

2nd stay in this apartment & loved it as much as the first!

Beautiful and charming apartment is spacious with very high ceilings. Lovely updated bathrooms and kitchen add to the character. My 2nd stay here was wonderful. Added to the great apartment, the property manager, Views on Venice, is amazingly responsive, attentive and thoughtful. The only downside is the 37 stairs to the apartment. They didn't deter me!! Thanks so much!!

Incredible place in lovely location

Arrival was easy-property met half of family day before, and arranged (& then rearranged due to Bezos wedding) transportation for rest from airport. Location is just 2-3 min walk from San Samuele water taxi stop. airport. Apartment is huge and very clean. There are steps (just fyi). Plenty of space for 2 kids and 2 adults, & extra bathroom was appreciated! Kitchen has equipment although missing oil/spices (if you are cooking). Location is great: quiet but easy access to everything. There are local cafes & 2 grocery areas easily within 2-4min walk. Would absolutely recommend and if have chance, would definitely return!

Great property, with convenient locations to everything you need and want to see, quiet and safe neighbourhood. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, kitchen fully equipped with appliances. The management is very helpful and fast responsive, they may help you with transfers and recommendations of what you may want to see and where to enjoy your meal, which is a huge help for first timers! Special thank you to Sara who kindly and patiently lead us through out the process with arrival and transportation! And to Amin for meeting us at the deck and for fast check in. I really appreciate his hospitality, patience and kindness! There were no questions left behind! Will definitely come back!

Wonderful Apartment in Perfect Location

This apartment easily gets 5 full stars! It was immaculately clean, perfectly situated, and everything our family (2 adults and 2 teens) could have asked for. It was in a quiet part of Venice and yet only a 10-15 minute walk to everything you want to go to. A grocery store was a few blocks away and the fully-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook most nights. We went in the middle of a heat wave and the A/C and fans were most delightful and worked very well. Our daughter enjoyed a cool bath most afternoons. There are stairs going up, but they are well-lit at night with the switches and it is not laborious. We would absolutely stay here again, thank you for a great stay!

Communication was great! We were met where the water boat dropped us off and she walked us over to the apt and showed us around the apt and gave recommendations. Only thing is there was no espresso to make coffee—there was only instant coffee, which is not the same. But that’s minor issue unless you really need it at home, then you may want to bring some :)

Ca' Grassi A wonderful apartment

This two bedroom apartment is large with lots of light. The neighborhood is close to everything but down a quiet street, which makes you feel really a part of the neighborhood. There are two very good restaurants nearby. San Marco, the Accademia bridge and the Rialto are within walking distance This apartment has two bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Should you decide to cook, there is a good size kitchen with everything you will need. Perhaps best of all, Views On Venice the property managers are responsive, very helpful and always available. We have been in Venice many times and this group are the very best experience we have every had. We loved the apartment. Thank you Views On Venice....

The Best of Venice

Must say that the Views of Venice team is a "Well Oiled Machine".... from helping us organize the Water Taxi (Might be more expensive, but worth it) to the most complete set of instructions when we reached the apartment. I pulled out the map from the Taxi place.... our representative said "use our map, it's bigger".... and it was much easier to read and frankly, it was a game changer for us to navigate the streets and squares. Everything "Beat our expectations"!!! Will recommend Views of Venice to everyone.
