Ca' Cerchieri Mezzanine

Cet appartement spacieux se trouve au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage d’un palais sur le Grand Canal dans le sestiere Dorsoduro tout prĂšs de Campo San Barnaba. Il comporte trois chambres doubles (deux avec lits doubles, une avec deux lits simples), une salle Ă  manger, un grand sĂ©jour, une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et trois salles de bain avec baignoire. La salle de bain de la chambre principale est attenante. Il est aussi possible de louer une chambre simple supplĂ©mentaire, pour un supplĂ©ment de 50 euros par nuit.



Il est dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t et soin, les meubles sont des piĂšces anciennes de la collection privĂ©e du propriĂ©taire et tous les sols sont en parquet. Toutes les chambres ainsi que le sĂ©jour donnent sur le jardin privatif du palais, ce qui en fait un appartement particuliĂšrement calme. Air conditionnĂ© dans toutes les piĂšces ; dispose d’un ascenseur, mais il y a un Ă©tage Ă  monter pour accĂ©der Ă  l’appartement. Vivement recommandĂ©.

What a dreamy palazzo! Just imagining the history of this magical place and the lives of the Loredan family lived inside these walls makes it hard to get out and explore the city. The mezzanine apartment was comfortable, homey and spacious. The location was perfect. Quiet yet close to everything. We will always stay at a Views in Venice location. Thank you Annalisa for making our arrival so effortless.

Location is quiet but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. About 20-30 minutes to St. Mark’s Square. Easy access to stops for Alilaguna and Vaporetto. Lots of room inside to spread out and relax. Very helpful host team! We were very pleased with all the info and support we received!

A wonderful stay in a classic, charming apartment

The host made getting there a pleasure by sending a private taxi for us straight to the apartment. The apartment was very spacious for our family. It had a lovely courtyard which we know is rare in Venice. It was a nice location in an area with local shops snd restaurants near by but in a more quiet neighborhood which was nice! There were good amenities in the apartment however, we would have appreciated paper towels in the kitchen, but otherwise they had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The last thing was the 4th bedroom did not have AC so it was a bit stuffy (although we were there when there was a heatwave). Perhaps if they had a fan in the room, it would have been more comfortable. Overall we had a lovely time and would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family!

While it was just a short stay of two nights I cannot say enough amazing things about the property and the hosts. The property is beautiful and has an incredible garden out back. There was ample space for my family of 5. But what made this stay incredible are the people we interacted with. They not only helped with all of our needs but could not be more kind. For any families - especially with younger kids or teenagers - this was a perfect fit and our only regret is we could not have stayed longer.

Ventura venice

We loved our stay at this property. We were able to walk to all of the sites and it was also very close to the water bus stops for longer journeys. From the airport, we took a water taxi directly to the private entrance dock for the property (arranged by the host.). This was great so we did not have to wheel our bags on cobblestone or carry them over bridge steps. I highly recommend. Enricka greeted us and gave us a very thorough orientation to the home including maps to get around. Many food and gelato stops within a short walk. Although we did not cook, there seemed to be enough stocked in the kitchen to do so. This property is much larger than the photos portray in the listing. Plenty of room to gather as a family and to separate for down time. If we return to Venice, I would stay here again.

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefĂŒhlt, das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll mit allem ausgestattet! Die AntiquitĂ€ten, die gemĂŒtlichen Schlafzimmer mit den sehr guten Betten und die technischen KĂŒchenutensilien vermittelten uns den Eindruck, dass wir nicht in einer kommerziellen Ferienwohnung die Zeit verbracht haben. Selbst fĂŒr ein FrĂŒhstĂŒck war gesorgt. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung in einem wunderschönen Palazzo uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiter und wĂŒrden den nĂ€chsten Aufenthalt dort wieder buchen.

A Retreat during our Vacation

While European trips are such a wonderful experience, let's face it, they can be exhausting too. Long flights, crazy airports, hauling luggage... So when we got to Views of Venice, we were finally able to breathe, relax and enjoy our trip. The team made sure we had what we needed to truly appreciate Venice. They set up our transfer to and from the airport, met us at the gate, gave us an overview of Venice and restaurant recommendations. I'm so grateful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful palace. The apartment was beautiful and had all of the amenities. Catarina helped us arrange for a water taxi pick up and drop off which was key with all our bags. The air conditioning worked great despite the hot weather outside, We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet Location

This is a great property on the Grand Canal. While there is no canal view, there is a small private dock next to the building. It is very centrally located, but also very quiet. The staff was very helpful in getting us taxis and working out logistics. We recommend it very highly.

Quaint and historic

We were dropped off at the private entrance off the Grand Canal by the water taxi and were met by Caterina, who gave us the grand tour and her number in case we needed anything. Nice, historic estate. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for the 6 of us (actually has 4 bedrooms and can fit 7!). Location was the best of all of amenities! This property will be on our list when we return to Venice and I will recommend to others!

The property was perfect! Katrina was wonderful meeting us, arranging a tour for the next day, arranging a car and driver to Florence, and water taxis to and from the airport. Stay on the Canal!

I don't think this could have been a better location for us. This was the 2nd trip to Venice for 3 of us (all new for the other 3) and having a "dock" for direct drop off via water taxi from the airport was very nice, right at the front of the building. Definitely opt for this if good weather. Rachel was so easy to work with arranging several rides when needed including a night one with only 30 minutes notice for dinner (too tired to walk all the way). That was door to door! She was also very helpful with answering questions about local needs or interests. Excellent communication and was response at all times. The apartment itself was large and spacious with a family room area that had windows nicely open to the garden in back. The beds were all very comfortable and the setting in the palace itself was quiet and restful. There was plenty of towels and basic kitchen items that were useful. We did make use of the refrigerator. The location of the palace, being right on the canal, gives you the rare chance of standing on the Grand Canal edge and watching traffic go by. So fun. The location is also very quiet with a pretty decent grocery store not more than 5 mins walk (Conad City) and of course lots of place to get espreso. The only drawback, and understandable for this old of a building, were the steps. There is an elevator that is helpful but very small, maybe fits two people max. A very good value overall. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Superb Family Apartment in Venice

The description of this apartment is not over stated. You don't just visit Venice you inhabit it. The style and décor truly enhanced out total experience in Venice. We are an extended famaily of 6 and the spaciousness and comfort was welcome after 6 days of touring other locations. The communication and welcome from the hosts was great.

Villa was terrific ! Location is just about the best you could want for Venice - central to pretty much all of the major districts and a good ‘home base’. Property is very spacious, very clean and would definitely stay here again if returning to Venice.
