Appartement vintage, trÚs spacieux, proche du départ de la gare et de plusieurs vaporetti .

Ambiance agrĂ©able du mobilier annĂ©es 50/60 oĂč on circule aisĂ©ment, espace idĂ©al pour 3, 4 personnes. (En revanche les 2 lits pour 1 personne sont Ă©troits pour 1 adulte ...) Accueil professionnel de l’accueil . Petit point dĂ©cevant : le chauffage et l’ eau chaude qui tardent Ă  arriver .

Grand, bien situé et trÚs agréable

L'accueil de Giovana est un vrai plus pour cette location qui est trĂšs bien situĂ©e dans une rue calme. L'appartement est fonctionnel et reposant. Les deux salles de bains sont trĂšs propres et l'une est entiĂšrement neuve. Seul bĂ©mol : la litterie. Il faudrait vraiment changer les matelas qui sont beaucoup trop mous ! Cela ne nous a cependant pas empĂȘchĂ© de passer d'excellentes vacances. Un petit plus, non nĂ©gligeable : nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dans l'appartement ce qui nous a Ă©vitĂ© de les mettre dans une consigne. Si nous revenons Ă  Venise, nous reprendrons sans hĂ©siter cette location.

Magnifique appartement

Magnifique appartement, bel deco & architecture. Spacieux. agrĂ©able living. grande table Ă  manger. SituĂ©e au calme, Ă  bord d'un canal, mais prĂšs de tout commerces, bars et restos. Bon accueil. Seul inconvĂ©nients : pas de produits de base dans la cuisine (poivre, huile d'olive, cafĂ©..). les fenĂȘtres font du bruit dĂšs que le vent se lĂšve. On ne pouvait pas laisser nos bagages le jour du dĂ©part, ce qui fait un cout supplĂ©mentaire (deposit luggage).

1 Month Venice vacation

If you are looking for a Venetian experience, this apartment is just that. Well equipped and a great location. A couple of things that take away from making this apartment a 5 rating. The apartment has a unpleasant smell that comes from the bathrooms, more than likely something to do with the sewer system. The apartment also has quite a bit of noise coming from the apartment overhead. The bedding and bathroom linens are not professionally laundered and are not very nice. Having said all of this we stayed 1 month and our overall experience was a very pleasant one.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a charming neighborhood.

The apartment is much larger than it appears in the photos. It was a wonderful place for us to recharge. We found it comfortable and functional. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a family of four.

Host was very nice, easy check in, allowed us to keep luggage their till we left island, gave us tips on public transportation, clean, was very spacious for our family of 4, grocery store around corner, bakery just a 2 mon walk with amazing croissant ,quiet streestreet.

Outstanding experience, great location, and wonderful customer service

The property boasts a cool retro vibe on a quiet canal that somehow manages to be 15-30 minutes walk to every awesome Venice attraction. I will mention we had two minor issues while there and the property manager immediately responded and fixed everything with not hisitstion. She really made our stay memorable and comfortable. Thank you!

Beautiful Home

The property is lovely and large, has everything you need and in a great position. There is a well stocked shop just around the corner and eating places close by too. Was lovely to be met at the property. Property is second floor with no lift which was absolutely fine for us and the view is amazing.Would stay here again if visiting Venice.

Great, Quiet Place

Superb place to stay

Brilliant place to stay - close to the buses and trains and a great point from which to get around and explore Venice. Giovanna was fantastic and as well as making sure things went smoothly she gave us some great advice for navigating Venice as well as showing us around the flat. The apartment has a great vibe and was perfect for the four of us. If returning to Venice, I would definitely book this again.

Giovanna was fantastic in providing information about the functions of the apartment and businesses close by that we may need, like a grocery store and a clothing/dry cleaners as well as recommendations on restaurants and points of interest. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and convenient to many attractions in Venice. Perfect Stay

From the beginning we had updated communication which put us at ease. There is nothing like arriving after a long train ride and being greeted by Giovanna who was upbeat and welcoming. She showed us everything about the gorgeous apartment/how to work everything (Air Conditioning!) She had maps and had written recommendations for grocery stores, restaurants. We felt very taken care of. The apartment has everything you need. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful Venetian apartment

We traveled to Italy after getting married and spent the last half of our trip in Venice - the apartment was ideal! Clean, comfortable, close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood away from more of the busy tourist districts. Giovanna was a wonderful host and helped situate us to the neighborhood, including giving us some excellent recommendations for what to do and where to eat. We are hoping to return, perhaps for our anniversary!

Lovely Apartment!

Historic and architectual home in Venice

The home is an interesting mix of ancient Venice house and 60'es architecture. It is nice to examine the details of the added wood structure. So if you are in Venice for art or architecture biennale - it is a great place to stay. Close to express water bus, nice area and a flat with everything you need.
