The estate accommodates up to 14 guests with panoramic lake views, sunset evenings and everything prepared for a seamless stay.



The Space:

Perched on a private lakeside headland, The Nabbe offers a rare combination of privacy, nature and lakefront living. Surrounded by water and connected to a calm lake, it feels like your own private retreat.



Spend your days boating, swimming from the beach, relaxing in the lakeside sauna, or unwinding in the jacuzzi overlooking the water. Gather around the fire pit, enjoy pizza nights by the lake, or cook together in the outdoor kitchen while watching the sunset.



Inside, the villa combines Scandinavian design with generous social spaces. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame panoramic lake views, while the living room with fireplace and six-metre-high ceiling creates a warm gathering place throughout the year.



The dining area comfortably seats large groups, and the fully equipped kitchen is designed for shared meals and long evenings together.



With six bedrooms, two bathrooms and space for up to 12 guests, The Villa Nabben is ideal for families, friends and memorable lakeside getaways.

Outdoor Areas



The outdoor spaces are designed around the lake. Multiple terraces surround the house, while the outdoor kitchen features a Weber gas BBQ, a pizza oven for long summer evenings, and a tripod on the open fire pit. The private lake access provides direct lake access with sand for swimming, boating, and cooling off after sauna sessions. In the evening, subtle lighting around the house creates a calm and exclusive atmosphere by the water.

You have exclusive access to the entire villa, sauna and outdoor areas.

Parking for up to 5 cars is available on the property. No street parking.



Please note: no shoes inside the house.



The Neighborhood:

The neighbors are truly friendly – very typically Swedish. Please say hello to everyone; a simple “Hej” is always appreciated and creates a welcoming atmosphere.



We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of others: please do not enter neighboring properties and avoid driving boats close to other houses. When using the access road to the house, please drive slowly – children and animals may be present.



Getting Around:

The nearby town of Ulricehamn (to the north) offers a lively atmosphere with good restaurants, cafés, and bars.



For fishing enthusiasts: the lake can be fished with a valid fishing permit, available at the local tourist information office or online via iFiske. We are happy to provide a canoe. Motorboats can be booked as an optional extra and add even more enjoyment on the water.



For hikers, we have several maps available on-site, including regional topographic maps, local hiking maps, and a lake chart for Åsunden.



For daily groceries, Gällstad is about 10 minutes away. If you’re interested in shopping, Gällstad also features a large outlet center. Ulricehamn is approximately 16 km away.

We respect your privacy and space. You will have the entire villa to yourselves and will not be disturbed during your stay.



At the same time, we are always reachable if needed. Before arrival, you will receive all important information for a smooth check-in and stay. During your visit, we are available via messages to assist with any questions or issues.



We won’t be present on-site unless specifically requested or necessary. Our goal is to give you a calm, private stay with reliable support in the background.
