The Space:

Villa Giovanni is a ground entry, singlefloor villa in a secure gated beachfront community with 24hour security, just a one minute walk from Dorado’s beaches.



It sleeps up to eight guests in two ensuite bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed and two twins, a 37” cable TV in a wooden cabinet, and a modern bath. The second suite offers two full beds with wagon wheel headboards, countrystyle bedding, ample closet space, a 32” cable TV, and its own bath.



The openplan living space features deepcushion wooden couches and armchairs, coffee and side tables, and tasteful artwork. Cottage doors lead to a large patio with wroughtiron seating, pulldown sun shades, and garden views.



A stylish kitchen with panoramic windows and a breakfast nook for four under a Tiffany lampshade is fully equipped with a doubledoor refrigerator and ice maker, flush range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans, and iron and board.



Guests enjoy two and a half bathrooms with modern fixtures, 3zone central air conditioning, cable television, plentiful linens and towels, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. A dedicated parking space and visitor parking are also provided.



The Lakeside Villas community offers three swimming pools plus a toddler pool, two tennis courts, volleyball, landscaped gardens and lakes, and a chic clubhouse. Next to Dorado Beach, it is close to golf courses, fine restaurants, and the casino at Embassy Suites. San Juan’s entertainment, dining, and shopping are just 35 minutes away, with excursions to the Rain Forest and Camuy Cave Park nearby.



Paradise Villas & Vacations includes complimentary “Meet & Greet” service, “DayTrippers®” sheets, a Guest Resource Guide, and 24/7 guest services management. Optional addons include personal chef and catering, grocery prestocking, excursion planning, daily housekeeping, and baby gear rentals.

This villa was GREAT and excellent value – the villa is MUCH nicer than even the photos show. Pleasantly surprised. Very spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were super comfy with fresh linen- smart TV in the living room with leather couches – wifi strong – Alma and Alex were amazing – they had a gift bag for us upon arrival with lots of essentials and gave us tons of tips about the island. The villa is in gated community right on the beach and we could walk out from our patio to the beach or pool in minutes. Loved the breezes on patio and the large BBQ. We do recommend renting a car.



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.



Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.



If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.



This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.



If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.
