As a strict house rule, please be reminded that shoes are not allowed inside the apartment. Kindly remove your shoes upon entering to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

1. Keeping the sunbeds with towels (the towels left unattended are removed in a basket next to Azur Premium 4)
2. Stopping in a foreign parking space
3. Opening with chips for outsiders (friends) to use the pools.
4. Swimming in the pool or using the sunbeds and making noise after 22:00.
5. Presence of pets in or around the pool.

In accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation, we are required to register our guests in the Unified Tourist Information System (USTI), therefore we kindly ask you to provide the following information for all guests BEFORE check-in.

1. Three names (according to ID card)
2. Social security number or date of birth (for foreign guests)
3. Sex
4. Citizenship
5. Identity card number/valid national identity document
6. Country that issued the national document

Your personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR for the processing of personal data.

Dear guests, please note that we provide the foldable crib upon request only, and it remains folded to uphold hygiene standards. If you need the crib during your stay, please inform us in advance. Additionally, please specify if you would like it to be unfolded.
