This is a 11th-floor LOFT in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, the suite has incredible views of the city. Perfect for couples, solo travellers business guests, the suite is a great place to relax after a busy day exploring everything the city has to offer!

The apartment is within walking distance to many famous places in Vancouver - Rogers Arena, BC Place, English Bay, Vancouver Art Gallery, Yaletown Marina, Gastown, Coal Harbour and many more. 100% walk score!

The loft studio was as advertised. It was in a convenient location and lovely and bright. It was clean. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding. The host responded quickly to questions. The only minor inconvenience was we needed a key fob to enter the parking, which required stopping in a very busy area long enough for my son to enter the building, find the apartment and get the keys and fob. It would have been a little more complicated had I been in my own and actually needed to park the car. Otherwise nice accommodations and grateful it had underground parking!

Beautiful location. It is downtown in a major city so there is downtown noise, mostly sirens but it’s to be expected. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Check in is super easy. Would definitely stay again.

Just a loud outside at night. We could often hear the sounds of band music and emergency vehicles. The room was super clean and nice. The water tap is hard to turn on and there is not enough water running in the sink at the bathroom.

This was a great location however the fact that it is located in the heart of the entertainment district made it absolutely impossible to sleep. The music from the street is so load that you can not sleep. This music goes u til 4:00am every night. I was there for 4 nights and never slept a wink. It’s like there is a speaker in the room with you.

Great apartment in DT - there is noise from bars etc but that is to be expected at location.Good communication by Host.You do have to collect keys from a shop 2 blocks away but was easy enough to do.

Easy to access from public transit coming in from the airport. Operator had quick and polite response to all questions. As noted in the description, this is a noisy part of downtown but with the windows closed and fan on, it was fine.

Visited in early September temperature outdoors was hot and the unit does not have air conditioning, it had one small fan, needs minor repair to shower. Area is close to a loud club and with no a/c makes the stay uncomfortably warm and noisy if you need to keep the windows open for air and ventilation.Was close to a small market and several dining locations.

I arrived at the property to find water all over the floor coming from the fridge and a very run down apartment, with a smell to it. No water coming out of the bathroom sink and moldy old tub and shower so I showered elsewhere. I contacted the owner or manager and never heard from him at all. I cleaned up all the water myself. I texted as well as VRBO app. Nothing. First night using the bathroom there were silverfish crawling on the floor so I made sure my suitcase was closed at all times. The place is very run down and dirty. I tried not to be there very often. Then when I was getting the garbage ready to take down when I was leaving I had it by the stove while I was emptying the bathroom garbage and there was a line of tiny bugs coming from under the stove within seconds. Onto the garbage bag. I panicked and grabbed the garbage and quickly took it downstairs. When I got back up, my arm had bugs on it. I was so freaked out. I finally reached out again and this time he got back to me. But that all he did, got back to me. Never had an experience like this before. It gets one star because it does have a beautiful view.

Visible mold in the bathroom
 a lot, strong cleaning fragrance, very hot, furnished with the cheapest quality everything. Very loud area, especially if you have the windows open so you don’t suffocate. Most of this doesn’t really bother me , but the mold makes this an unsafe place for humans.
