Getting Around:
Getting around Vancouver from our stylish condo is a breeze! You'll find convenient public transportation options nearby. The Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain station is just a short walk away, providing easy access to the entire city and beyond, including direct lines to Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Numerous bus routes also operate in the area, offering frequent service to various destinations. For those driving, paid parking is available in the building's garage, ensuring secure and convenient parking for your vehicle. Travel times: SkyTrain to YVR - approximately 25 minutes; SkyTrain to downtown - less than 5 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Secure parking is available in the building's garage. The property is located at 689 Abbott street, Vancouver, BC V6B 0J2, Canada.
Please be aware that this is a non-smoking property. The building management is very sensitive to this and we have had guests fined before so please avoid smoking anywhere inside the unit, balcony or in the garden area of the building. Pets are not allowed. We kindly request that you respect the building's quiet hours and refrain from hosting parties or events.
As weâre located in the heart of downtown, you may hear typical city sounds, including the nearby SkyTrain, itâs all part of the vibrant urban experience.
As with many Vancouver properties this unit does not have central AC. We do, however, have a portable AC and some fans to cool down the place. As long as the blinds are down, the windows are closed and the AC is on there shouldn't be any issues even on the hot days.
The den is cozy and functional, though please note it doesnât have a window.
A sofa bed in the living room is available.
Like many downtown areas, you may see homeless individuals in the neighborhood; do not worry! They are harmless and keep to themselves.
đł Damage Protection
To keep everyone protected, guests can choose one of the following options before check-in:
$250 refundable credit card hold, released after checkout pending inspection, or
$50 non-refundable damage waiver, covering minor accidental damages.
* Please note: The pool and hot tub will be closed for improvement works from January 30th until the first week of March.
