Stay in my newly renovated home with 3 full separate bedrooms, 2 luxury spa-like bathrooms, a large living area with queen size sofa bed, and nice views of the outdoor green oasis with tons of light. Enjoy cooking in your gourmet kitchen or unwind after a long day of sightseeing and watch your favourite game or Netflix series on your 55" HDTV.

There are lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and asian food (T&T) markets--Costco is within steps of the building. The building is located nearby the Skytrain station that takes you downtown right to the Convention Centre in 5 min and to the Airport in 30. Near Gastown, Chinatown, Yaletown, Rogers Arena, BC Place, Casino and even a movie theatre across the street. You are a 2 min walk from the water to the Seawall.

The Layout:

This 1200 sq ft modern condo features 3 separate bedrooms with lots of closet space and balcony that has great views of Zen garden. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have one queen bed in each and one king bed in the master bedroom. Living area has a queen sofa bed that overlooks the peaceful garden filled with Magnolia trees. It's a very unique place! You have two bathrooms with a large standalone tub and a large walk-in rain shower. One bathroom is newly renovated with real white marble stone from Spain.

Your living room has 55" TV with Netflix, cable, a PS4 (games included), and a dedicated data line bringing in high-speed WIFI. A pull out sofa gives you an additional queen bed, bringing the total for the house to 4 beds.

Your kitchen features new high end stainless steel appliances with touch screen controls- new Bosch dishwasher, Miele Fridge/freezer, Samsung touch screen stove/oven, Samsung washer/drier and microwave. You have all the cookware you need to bake, fry or chop. We've added coffee machine, electric cattle, toaster, food blender and more for your convenience.

My building offers amazing amenities that include: indoor swimming pool, hot-tub, sauna and a fully equipped gym. Your stay also includes a parking stall in our underground parking garage. Enjoy your stay in a beautiful place!

Great place to stay right in the action in Vancouver

We really have a great time at Igor’s place. Close to a lot of restaurants, coffee shows, grocery stores, Costco as well as the BC Place and the Scotia Bank arena. The appartement was spotless and well-equipped. I highly recommend this place. We were 8, meaning one couple has to used the sofa bed, but we still had a really great long week-end.

Beautiful condo. Very secure access to condo and parking. Host is extremely easy to communicate with - very responsive. Location is convenient to restaurants and attractions but use care when out after dark.

The property was not as advertised. It had 2 portable air conditioners, one in the main room and one in the primary bedroom. They did not keep the condo cool at all. Nothing but standing fans in the other 2. One of the fans didn’t work and the hosts wife dropped a new one off and we had to put it together. The bathtub shower in the primary bedroom was gross. The shower curtain was old and dirty. Also, it’s not in a very desirable neighborhood. Large homeless population very close.

Loved Vancouver

This is a very nice property. The host was very communicative and accommodating. The location was just a few blocks from Gastown which has great restaurants and shops. We took an uber to Granville markets which was fabulous.

Vancouver Downtown 3 Bedroom City view / Chinatown

Igor was quick to respond and extremely helpful in navigating to/from places. The unit was centrally located downtown and short walking distances to the bus and train systems as well as a block away to two great restaurants (the Jam Cafe and Devils Elbow are must trys) as well as easy quick stops for beer/wine/groceries-snacks to bring back to the unit. We felt safe and very comfortable there. We would definitely return and stay here. Plus it has an onsite pool/exercise facility we made use of. Bonus!

Centrally located condo

The condo is spacious and located in a convenient area downtown Vancouver (close to the skytrain station). Underground parking stall was an added bonus! I definitely recommend you connect with the property manager ahead of time to request a video with instructions for accessing the stall as it is a bit complicated. We were able to find it without issue thanks to the video provided before our stay! The only downside to this unit is the kitchen is not fully equipped (there was no can opener, for example). There also isn't AC so we found the unit very warm as it gets the afternoon sun. Fortunately, there were fans available which worked for the bedrooms in the evening but the main living area was quite warm. We opened the windows to try to keep the living space cool during the afternoon. We stayed late April, during what I would refer to as an "unseasonably warm weekend" (21-24C), and found it very warm. I imagine it would be worse during the peak Summer months. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this unit again for future work travel.

Great location for transit and Costco

Location: Couldn't be closer to Costco. Lots of transit options to get anywhere in the city. Drug store, liquor store and grocery all within a block. There are a few very close restaurants, but not a ton of choices. Expect to walk a bit if you are choosy about food.If you're used to big cities, the neighborhood is fine. It's in a typical big city and has the normal big city problems like homelessness and drug use. We didn't have any problems, but it's something to be aware of.The unit was clean. The bathrooms were great. The rest of the unit had been swept thoroughly, but was definitely in need of a good mopping.The bedding was clean on the outside. There was no top sheet on the beds, only a duvet. One person in our party thought the pillows smelled a bit old and I did notice that the duvet was yellowing compared to the cover. The bedding could probably use a refresh.One tip: don't shower in the master bathroom. It's a really awkward setup with a freestanding tub and a 360-degree shower curtain. On the other hand, the second shower is very nice!

Great condo in a great location

This is a beautiful condo right next to the stadium, public transportation and a Costco. We came for the weekend with our daughter and her friends for a birthday celebration. This property is close to Great restaurants and bars, fun activities, just a short drive to the waterfront, Yaletown, gas town
 I will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous stay

We had a fabulous stay at this property. The place was perfect—it was clean, had everything we needed, was comfortable and was in the perfect location to get around Vancouver easily. Igor was great to deal with. He was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Stay

Right from the start, Igor was so easy to communicate with. I also have a scent allergy and he made sure all towels and sheets were scent free, which I really appreciated. Info on how to check in was very clear. It was clean and safe! There was 6 adults and we had more than enough room. We were able to walk everywhere which we all loved! Thanks Igor for a great experience. We will be back!

The condo was nicely updated and clean. It is located very conveniently near public transportation, the Hockey stadium, restaurants, stores and tourist attractions. There were also a good number of homeless people in the streets nearby, but we did not feel threatened by them.

We where a party of 7 with a toddler . Beautiful space. Clean. Quick walk from train station. Great Communication. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of glass item for a toddler just needed extra eyes. Most everything you could need was provided for you. Tub added curtains to make shower sometimes was Awkward but did the job. They make your stay as easy as possible. Was a pleasure
