Hot tub and pool not open. Bad smells, bed uncomfortable and wall paper peeling to reveal dirt and grim. Area around property unkept and under construction. I should have paid a few dollars more to stay across the street. I will not be back.
The key cards quit working and I didn't have access to my room. They broke into my room through the window. They told me to put the bar out on the door so it wouldn't latch if I needed to go somewhere.
Two days out of 3 mornings I had no hot water. Cold showers are not fun.
I would not recommend this place at all
We were told at 2 pm that we could check in at any time that night. Turns out they didnât allow check in after 11. We had to sleep in our car and as of now they e refused to issue a refund.
Customer service was excellent. Hotel was renovating pool and spa and so could not use. No hair dryer in room. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. Shared my concerns with manager and checked out early.
This place is a dump. I normally stay at Marriott or Hilton properties so if this is indicative of Wyndham, then Iâll be avoiding their places.
About this place⊠1) it smells, everywhere. 2) Was given a room on the second floor. Fine, except thereâs no elevator so have fun dragging your bags up the stairs 3) Listed as having a pool and hot tub - yeah, both closed for a âremodelâ. 4) WiFi advertised at least 25mbps down (not exactly a high bar) but all I could get was 4 mbps. I could go on but whyâŠjust avoid the place.
Showed up for my reservation and they informed me the card readers werenât reading. They canceled my reservation and everyone else that wasnât checked in already. The manager left the front desk person to deal with the mess and upset customers. There was zero thought put into alternative ways to access the room. I had to scramble to find an alternate hotel last minute and had to spend an extra $50.
There was nothing I liked about this stay. The room was discusting, and the staff could have cared less! By far the worst hotel stay I have ever had!!!!
I donât recommend this hotel I paid made reservations got there and was not able to check in it was dirty customer service sucked they offered a room that had a shampooer machine in room bed leaned against walls room was disgustingly filthy I had to go rent another hotel because they couldnât get system to work!
The hotel seemed to be in the process of renovating so somethings were not so good. The beds were comfortable at least, but the rooms definitely need an update.
This property is completely misrepresented by Expedia. The front desk staff warned us not to stay and that we would get refunds for our reservation but not to stay because it wasnât safe and very unhygienic. We did not get refunded even though I purchased travel insurance. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Expedia and the property owners. Iâd give negative 5 stars if I could.
