Welcome to our cozy and beautifully decorated, fully equipped 1BR home in capital, Valletta!
Our home is located on the first floor of a traditional Maltese building and is accessible by stairs. It is just a few steps away from the popular St. George`s Square and many other tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops in Valletta. Overall, it`s a great choice for traveler looking for a central and convenient location in Malta`s charming capital city.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| A dedicated room, with comfortable SOFA, a large coffee table, and a TV. Also included in this apartment is a dining area, fit for 6 guests to have a good meal! - AC is also available in the living area for maximum comfort.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also includes an oven and a hub.
Bedrooms| 1 Bedroom

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Located in the heart of Valletta, our vacation rental is situated in one of Malta`s most beloved neighborhoods. With its narrow streets, historic buildings, and vibrant cultural scene, Valletta is a true gem of the Mediterranean.
During your stay, you`ll be just steps from a wide range of attractions, including the stunning St. John`s Co-Cathedral, the Upper Barrakka Gardens with their panoramic views of the Grand Harbour, and the National Museum of Archaeology, which houses some of Malta`s most precious artifacts. You`ll also find plenty of charming cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby, offering everything from traditional Maltese cuisine to international fare.
Getting around Valletta is easy and convenient, with plenty of transportation options available to guests. The city is compact and pedestrian-friendly, so many of the top attractions are within easy walking distance of our vacation rental. You can also use the local bus system to explore other parts of the island; the Valletta Bus Terminal is just a short walk from our property.
If you prefer to travel by car, please note that parking in Valletta can be a bit challenging. The city is known for its narrow streets and limited parking, so we recommend that guests park in one of the nearby public garages. The closest one to our property is the MCP Car Park, located just a few minutes walk away.

Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During the lovely summer season, although he does sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
