Each bedroom is tastefully decorated, featuring en-suite bathrooms, luxury amenities, and plush bedding for a restful night’s sleep. Modern conveniences include high-speed Wi-Fi (Starlink), smart TVs, Amazon Echo, Nespresso machines, safes, steamers, hair dryers, and Sonos audio systems in both living areas.

Kasa Kefi Bedroom Configuration:

Master Suite: This luxurious suite features a king-size bed, a desk, a spacious bathroom with dual showers, a separate WC area, a walk-in closet and private terrace with 2 lounge beds and fire pit. The loft area includes a gourmet kitchen, dining space for 8, a living room with an ethanol fireplace, and a large terrace complete with an infinity plunge pool, BBQ, two lounge areas, two fire pits, and four sun beds.

Optional Studio: offers a queen sofa bed and a full ensuite bathroom
Master bedroom max capacity: 4 guests.

Suite 1:
Offers a King bed + Nook with 1 XL Twin bed and private terrace with 2 lounge beds and fire pit. (Max 3 guests).

Suite 2:
2 Queen beds + Nook with XL Twin and private terrace with 2 lounge beds and fire pit (Max 5 guests).

Remember, you can request to book separate bedrooms. The Master Suite has a private entrance and can be closed off for complete privacy. If booking Suite 1 or Suite 2, please note that other guests may rent the other suite, and you`ll share the living area between the two suites.

Kasa Kefi Reservation Requirements:

• All credit card holders must be at least 25 years old at check-in. A valid ID matching the reservation name is required.


Strictly Prohibited:

• Smoking inside the villa. Be cautious when smoking outdoors, as lit cigarettes or open flames can pose a fire risk.
• Use of prohibited substances anywhere on the property.
• Eating in bedrooms is not allowed.
• Excessive noise after 11:00 PM.
• Damaging furniture, decor, or any part of the property.
• Bringing guests or visitors without prior approval from the owners.
• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests including children and only if paying the extra guests and renting the entire villa (3 Suites + Studio).
• Events, Commercial photography or filming without prior consent (additional fees apply).
• We welcome events with a maximum of 50 guests; however, all events must be approved by the owner. Event fees apply.
• We usually request our guests to fill out a check in form and read our “Guest Portal” prior to arrival and a document where all the information of the services and any activities requested, costs and other are specified
• We do not allow any outside providers unless we cannot provide what the guests are requesting. In this case, any outside provider has to be approved by owner, may incur in extra charges and Guest should sign a waiver where they are responsible for any damages or loss caused by their provider.

• Use the safe boxes for valuables. We are not responsible for any loss.
• Keep exterior doors locked at all times.
• Never leave children unattended.
• Set the AC thermostat between 68°F (20°C) and 82°F (28°C).
• Avoid leaving valuables in your vehicle.
• Private Road - please drive carefully and slowly, specially during rainy season.
• Avoid driving under the influence of alcohol. We are not responsible of any accidents.
• Please note that the breakfast is provided at an extra cost of $25 usd.
Infinity Hot tub (Plunge pool) Rules:
• Use at your own risk.
• Shower before entering.
• No diving, horseplay, or ball games.
• No glass, foam, or soap near the wet areas.
