Ce bel appartement se situe à un peu plus de 50 mÚtres du marché central de Valence. C'est une maison à usage touristique avec une superficie de 90 m2 entiÚrement rénovée et est répartie sur deux étages. Dans le premier étage se trouvent la cuisine et une des salles de bain et à l'étage inférieur se trouvent les 3 chambres et une autre salle de bain. L'appartement dispose de conduits de climatisation que fournis la climatisation et le chauffage dans toutes les chambres.

Appartement idéal pour 4 et superbement placé

Un accueil et un service impeccables, merci Francisco. Un appartement avec ascenseur superbement placĂ© en plein cƓur de la ville, Ă  quelques enjambĂ©es du magnifique marchĂ© central de Valencia. Et assez calme malgrĂ© un quartier animĂ©. Quelques objets Ă  ajouter ou Ă  remplacer (Ă©tendoir, grille-pain, verres, accroche-serviettes salle de bain, saladier, thĂ©iĂšre
). Un magnifique sĂ©jour.

Appartement propre, agréable, idéalement situé (à deux pas du "mercat central") dans le coeur historique de Valence. Nombreux sites accessibles à pied. Moyens de transport (taxi, métro, bus) proches. Quartier animé en journée mais calme le soir. Accueil trÚs sympathique de Francisco.

Perfect location

The apartment was centrally located, which made it easy to get to various places. There were many restaurants and cafes right outside. I greatly appreciated how easy communicating with management was that made checking in seamless. They were very accommodating and were able to check us in a little earlier. The apartment was very clean and the air conditioning was perfect after walking around in the heat. The best was the functioning elevator. We have stayed at many vrbos and this was the first time that we found a functioning elevator! Everything you needed could be found in the apartment if you wanted to cook. Definitely a gem.

This property is wonderful. We enjoyed the location which is full of life and activity, very near the central market, and a great place to explore all around the city. The property is well maintained and all of the staff are incredible helpful.

Perfect location

The host was easy to communicate with and responded almost immediately. All information was sent ahead of time. The location could not have been more perfect. Everything we needed was either right there or within walking distance. Noise was minimal even though we were so close to the big market. WiFi was good and the air conditioning worked well. The only drawback is if you have any mobility problems this would not be for you. All three bedrooms are on the lower level down a healthy set of stairs. Also there is one full bathroom for all three bedrooms and one full bathroom on the upper level (the level you enter on) which is by the living room and kitchen. With two couples it can be a little confusing. Overall we enjoyed the apartment and would definitely return.

Well equipped kitchen except for coffee mugs and glasses. Excellent location in the heart of Valencia and directly across from Central Market. Great fresh food. Would stay here again. Beautiful.

Lovely stay in Valencia

We had a great stay at this property. Wonderful location. We loved it. The apartment was exactly as listed. Very nicely decorated, clean and all good amenities. Air Conditioning if needed. Francisco was a great host, very responsive and offered us ideas for eating in the area. If we come back to Valencia we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

6 weeks in Valencia.

This apartment exceeded our expectations! Since we were going to be in Valencia for six weeks, we wanted a place with enough space that felt like home. The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen had plenty of room. The property manager was amazing and responded to us within minutes if we needed to communicate with them. They were always available for our needs. We even had a cleaning service come once a week which was fantastic. This apartment could comfortably sleep six people if you include the pull-out bed in the living room. We have been to Valencia 4 summers and this was our best location. We were steps from the famous Mercado and it was quiet at night. It is definitely in the heart of the old town of Valencia. We definitely hope to rent this apartment next year.

Excellent central location and also quiet.

If you are looking for a very central location but also a quiet street, look no further. Two minutes walk from the central market, where you can buy everything you need if you want to eat in and so many bars and restaurants on your doorstep that you won't know which one to try first. All the sights are within a 10 minute walk from the apartment making it the perfect location for sightseeing. The apartment was clean and well equipped, it has a central heating/air conditioning system which works well. The only word of warning I would add is, if you are making your own way to the apartment from the underground station, like we did, don't trust google maps! It will take you somewhere completely different. Luckily I had a printed map of where we were supposed to go and I realised that google maps was taking us the wrong way. We still managed to get a little lost but when we phoned Francisco for help we were actually just a few metres away from the apartment and got there in the end. We stayed at the end of January and we were so lucky with the weather, 20-25 degrees celsius every day. Bliss! I highly recommend the apartment and Francisco was very helpful and prompt with replies during the booking process.

Excelente opciĂłn en el centro de Valencia, justo al lado del Mercado Central. Se puede caminar a muchas partes y estĂĄ a minutos de la Catedral, La Lonja, las torrres de Serrano. Muy buen servicio de limpieza y excelente atenciĂłn por parte de la inmobiliaria. Muy recomendable.
