Welcome to our new studio in the up-and-coming Nazareth area of Valencia â a quiet residential neighborhood with an excellent location to explore the city.
This simple yet comfortable studio features a double bed and a sofa bed, making it an ideal base for discovering Valencia. Located on the ground floor with direct street access, it accommodates 2 guests comfortably and up to 4 using the sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom is separated from the living room by panels, but please note it does not have a door.
Youâll have everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, fresh towels and linens, air conditioning and heating, hot water, and 24/7 guest assistance.
There are two televisions â one in the living area and another near the bed â as well as hot/cold air conditioning units and a bathroom stocked with essential toiletries and complimentary amenities for your first days.
A note about expectations:
We like to be honest so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying comfort and convenience.
The apartment does not have windows, but it is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system to keep the air fresh. As it is located at street level, some weekday noise may be heard.
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, parties, loud noises, smoking, and pets are not allowed. The apartment is equipped with noise monitors and smoke detectors, and all furniture must remain inside the property.
Please note that under no circumstances may public areas, sidewalks, or exterior spaces be used, disturbed, or occupied, and furniture must not be removed or placed outside.

Its location is perfect for enjoying both the beach and the city center, with excellent tram and bus connections.
Wander through its streets and discover the Nazaret Municipal Market, where locals shop for fresh produce and share friendly conversation, or stop by the cozy cafĂ©s and traditional bars to taste authentic Valencian cuisine. Just a few minutes away youâll find the Port of Valencia, the Marina, and Las Arenas Beach â ideal spots for strolling, water sports, or watching the sunset by the sea.
Nazaret offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere, perfect for travelers seeking a more local and relaxed Valencia experience while staying close to everything. Itâs a neighborhood on the rise, where new projects and modern spaces coexist with timeless charm â the perfect balance between tradition, the sea, and city life.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest tram stop, âNazareth,â is next to the accommodation.
Valencia Airport is a 25-minute drive away.
Check-in is self-service and available from 3:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.
Please note that parties, loud noise, and smoking are STRICTLY prohibited inside the apartment, as it is equipped with noise decibel monitors and smoke detectors. Failure to comply with the house rules will result in a âŹ200 fine.
Out of respect for neighbors and the community, any behavior that disturbs public order, creates noise, or affects cleanliness is strictly forbidden. It is also not permitted to remove furniture, chairs, or any household items from the property. Violation of these rules may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay.
Pets are not allowed.
We provide basic amenities for first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and a trash bag. Please let us know if you need additional cleaning or extra linens â weâll be happy to provide them for an additional fee.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If our team finds evidence of smoking (e.g. odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of âŹ200.
For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair-use policy applies to utilities, with a limit of âŹ80.
Extra keys: âŹ20 (for an additional set, lost keys, or door-opening service during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linens: same price as the regular cleaning fee.
Extra linens: âŹ30 (includes towels and sheets for 2 guests, when the sofa bed is not in use).
