Perfect place to stay in Valencia

This apartment was so comfortable. It had everything we needed for the month of our stay. I really liked the location as it was away from the noise of tourists but easily walkable to places to visit or to take metro and bus to further places. So many places to grab a meal within a couple blocks, including a bakery, supermarket, public swimming pool, and for a great massage.

Clean and spacious

We loved the apartment. It was clean , it had everything you needed , kitchen well equipped. Apartment is located in Ă  nice area, with nice restaurants and grocery stores. Good options for public transportation to centre or even walk if you are in good shape. We used Cabify and it was around 10 euros Ă  trip to centre.

Perfect for our trip

The location and apartment were overall amazing! David was wonderful and so smooth with the whole process. Location was great in proximity to the places we wanted to see, access to main roads and metro stops, while still remaining quiet at night. The apartment itself was so spacious and stocked and had absolutely everything we needed. The perfect home away from home.

Great stay in Valencia

We enjoyed this property during our 3 week stay. David was great to communicate with and answered our questions promptly; the unit was clean and well-equipped, and wonderfully well situated. We walked everywhere, including the train station for a trip to Madrid. We would certainly return to David's place if we go back to Valencia.

Great apartment

We had a great stay as owner is accessible and always ready to help. Apartment is if a good size and well equipped. As facing north, is a bit cold, but has gas heaters which helps although Valencia was pretty warm when we were there. The city is well worth the visit and apartment is well located so close to amenities public transport or if uou prefer walking, walkable to historical part.

We were visiting for the Valencia Marathon - We loved the apartment - it suited our needs perfectly. It was close to cafes, bakeries and public transport. David was warm, welcoming and helpful. It was great to have a bath (as well as a shower), as I needed to sit down after running the marathon!

Four wonderful weeks in Valencia

David's flat was exactly as represented on the VRBO website. It was clean, bright, well appointed and a very comfortable space to return to at the end of the day. David was extremely welcoming and responded quickly to all of our requests. The apartment was well located, within walking distance of major attractions, and had easy access to public transportation.

Just a two block walk to the Metro. Plenty of hot water with a new unit. But if you enjoy sleep, dont come during the Fallas. But that could be said of the whole city then. Has AC so I bet summer would be great there...the tram runs right to the sea.

Great apartment

The apt is well located, making days out easy even for oldies like us.there was a useful pile of touristy info to get us started and we updated some and left other stuff. It was good to have the aircon as the second three days were very hot at night. We were able cool the place down quickly then adjust overall temp. Hope we didnt overdo that David. Apt well appointed with all the stuff we needed Thanks for having us.

Apartment itself and location are fine, no issues there. Initial communication was excellent, as far as check in and quickly resolving a small issue (no toilet paper), so I would have rated this 10/10 but the apartment is advertised with onsite garage parking (I have the screenshot to show it, in case it will now be “corrected” on the site), which is does NOT have. The fact that the communication completely stopped after I asked what they would do about it with 3 messages from my side and just being plain ignored (remember, initial communication was excellent), I am giving this a the lowest possible rating as I would not trust these hosts with anything anymore. no matter how great the apartment. They appear super nice but when there is a real issue they plain ignore you.

We were disappointed in the location as we thought it would be more central to sites. We’re older & could not walk 1-2 miles to historic center & therefore invested in many uber rides.The unit was well-equipped but management Co needs to check burned out light bulbs, matches for gas stove, batteries for tv remote, etc. previous hanging laundry. One of the 2 small bedrooms had fan but no ac. Check-in was not on time & little information provided about the unit. After checking in,Communication with management co & owner was good.

Comfortable and well-positioned

A comfortable, clean property on the seventh floor, easily accessible by lift. Well equipped kitchen although we only used the kettle for tea etc., preferring to dine out in the many easily accessible cafes and restaurants. Well located, short/medium walks to most parts of central Valencia (we walk a lot) including the Market Square, Cathedral and the Turia park (which we also walked the length of). It would have been a full five stars for the property except for being woken at 7.30ish on the four weekday mornings we were there by the building work taking place next door - hopefully, this will have finished by the time next year's season starts! Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Emplacement idéal

Bon séjour. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce : propre, confortable et bien situé (métro bus et commerces à proximité). Globalement, nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour à Valencia dans cet appartement.

Bon séjour

L'appartement est confortable et bien situe dans un quartier animé sans etre trop bruyant. On peut visiter la plus grande partie de la ville a pieds.
