Enjoy a calm and relaxed vacation in this open-plan brand new apartment. This specious apartment is tastefully designed with colorful furniture and it is big enough to accommodate 8 people. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds, two big and clean bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen provides what you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. There is also a private terrace with stylish furniture to enjoy the fresh air in the back of the apartment.
Price is calculated based on the length of stay and the number of guests. There will be an additional charge of 60.00 Euro/night for each extra person from the third one.

100m2, three-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and spaciouse living room.

The apartment has got two bathrooms, one in the master bedroom with shower and the other one with bathtub.
You will find fresh, soft and fluffy towels on your bed (or in the storage part of the sofa bed) when arrived.

HOUSE ROULES
1- One queen size bed will be prepared for every two people in the group; however you can request additional beds according to the number of guests.
2- The duvet covers are to be found in the closet during cold seasons and in a box under the bed, during hot seasons.
3- Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am. We appreciate if you let us know your arrival and departure time.
4- The customer service hours is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If intend to arrive outside of this hours, please make sure that you have received and understand the instructions.
5- Between 10pm and 9am is the quite hours in the building, please keep the noise down during this time.
6- Parties are forbidden.
7- Having guests is not permitted, each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation and you will be charged accordingly.
8- Additional person fee is 60 Euros per night per person, plus commission.
9- Total cleaning service fee is 60 Euros.
10- Changing the towels fee is 5 Euros per person that includes one bath towel and one hand towel.
11- Changing bed sheet fee is 15 Euros per bed.
12- The apartments have electronic locks which should not be manipulated. In case there is any problem with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise there is a 800 euros charge for any damage.
13- Some consumable products such as coffee capsules (Tassimo) , toilet papers etc. are provided in limited quantity and will not be recharged however you can find what you need in Mercadona, Consum etc.
14- Please put the trashes in the trash containers on the street.
15- On the check-out day, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner and close the apartment door behind you.
16- Less than 8 days before the arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservations. There will be no refund in this case.
