Immersed in a lush Mediterranean garden while at the same time being within easy driving distance from the sea, Villa Paparella is the ideal place for a peaceful holiday and discovering Sicily. From here, you can visit Erice, the ancient medieval village at the top of the mountain, the beach which is only 4km away and cities like Trapani. You will be within walking distance to a restaurant, bar, pizzeria and shop.

The villa develops over two levels.

On the ground floor we find a very large and bright living room with sofas, TV and direct access to the outside via large French doors. From here we can access the kitchen area where we find a table with chairs, outdoor access, and cooking appliances. There is one bathroom with shower and laundry room.

A large staircase takes us to the first floor where we have the sleeping area composed of three double bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom. We also find one separate bathroom with toilet and sink, and another room that can be used as a reading room and has a single sofa bed.

Outside, the private swimming pool (12x8m; 1.5 – 2.4m deep; open from June until end of September) is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden, sun lounges and sun chairs. There is a large covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower.

Facilities: air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi Internet, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, iron, hairdryer, private parking, barbecue. No pets allowed.
