On the ground level, you’ll find two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom comes with a comfortable queen bed and the second guest bedroom is equipped with a twin over a full bunk bed. There is also a guest bathroom and a private washer and dryer for added convenience. 

The second floor is flooded with natural light, featuring an open living area that invites you to gather around the fire with loved ones. Step outside from the living room onto your private patio to enjoy the fresh mountain air while you sip your morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast and fuel up for a day of adventures.

On the third level you will find the master bedroom equipped with a king bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THESKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
