Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The house was large and well furnished with bedding, towels, pots, pans and sharp knives! Easy drive or bus ride to Lion’s Head or Vail Village. Great value for housing 6-10 people with easy access to groceries and restaurants.

Decent house, but issues with locks

House was pretty much as described, but a little lower rating than what is on web site (4.2 at most) Just small things mostly. The biggest issues was the locks. The ini provided code didn’t work and the 2nd code provided worked for a day. This was remedied and all was well after a few days but it was inconvenient. The Maintenance man who came to fix it was very nice.

Clean, quiet, convenient

The house was very clean, and everything needed was provided. It is in a quiet neighborhood, which is right on the free Vail bus route. It was easy to get to the village and the mountain. We appreciated the garage as well as the space to spread out. Our adult children were with us, so it was nice that people could have their own spaces.

We had a great time!

This house has everything that you could want for a very comfortable stay! There is plenty of room for guests and the kitchen is well equipped. We stayed during ski season and found the bus to be very convenient to get into Lionshead or Vail! Would definitely recommend this house to others!

Beautiful Vail Home

This home had a wonderful heated garage, large common space and plenty of sleeping spaces. It is nestled into a quiet neighborhood that is just a short drive from the western most ski lift. There is also a bus stop within a couple of blocks. The home was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities a family needs.

October Fall Stay

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here. There was ample space for everyone to have personal space while still being able to have much needed family time! We had five adults staying in the house and it was well accommodated for a group of our size. Plenty of dishes and silverware available plus the amenities made the stay even better. The location is fantastic and we were able to see the fall colors from our windows. I cannot recommend this location enough!

Comfortable, convenient, roomy, well-equipped

Our visit to Vail was enhanced by staying here. There was plenty of room for our group (parents, two adult children, child’s significant other) to have personal space and also come together for group meals and activities. The house is well-furnished and equipped, making it easy to cook meals there. The location was perfect for us. A quick trip to the Safeway or a five minute drive to Vail Village parking, and just around the corner from the shuttle stop for easy car-free excursions. Highly recommend!

Summer Heat

Lovely house, great location. Clean and confortable. Big problem for us was the master bedroom is impossibly hot in the summer. The house is not equipped with AC or window screens. In Colorado the weather is generally cooler at nite. So we oppened the windows and the house filled with bugs! We ended up sleeping in one of the smaller rooms downstairs. Management was initially very responsive and tried to solve the problem. However at one point they send someone to the house without letting me know. I feel that when you rent you expect your privacy to be respected. I had valuables and my 2 small dogs in the house. I did not appreciate someone there without me knowing before hand.

Perfect house, amazing location!!

This property is great!! As of when we stayed (President's Day weekend, 2022), everything looked like it was *brand new* -- appliances, mattresses, towels, other furniture, etc. The setup is 2 bedrooms downstairs (one king in one room, and bunk beds + a trundle bed in another) with a shared bathroom, then a master bed with a king and an en suite bathroom with washer dryer upstairs, then a loft with 2 full-sized sleeper couches and a full bathroom upstairs. There's also one more 1/2 bath in the kitchen/living area. This worked for 8 adults and would be even better if it was 2 sets of parents with 2 sets of kids. Check-in was super easy -- the app that the renters set us up with worked perfectly. Parking enough for 4 cars, plus the garage was great for early cold mornings. All in all really wonderful spot -- highly recommend!!
