Pros: great front desk manager- Jorge⊠friendly, professional and allowed us to check in hour early as mountain was closing due to lack of snow, and our room was available early⊠that was bonus! View of ski runs and clock tower in LionsHead was excellent. Clean, comfortable bedding and furniture. Great workout facilities. Walking distance to lots restaurants, which unfortunately many were closed for the spring off season. We were there as it was the off-season when Vail Mountain is doing maintenance for summer season. Jorge did recommend a Mexican place a Stones throw away, which was quite good.Conâs: dishwasher wasnât working during our stay. Even found dirty dishes in cupboards due to this issue. Jorge mentioned heâd get it looked at, but it was inconvenient to hand wash dishes for the week. Also, a basic spice dispenser would be helpful, and inexpensive to supply for renters. The only thing in the kitchen was salt and pepper? Iâve been renting Vrboâs for 20 years and never seen such a poorly supplied condo. The king bed in master is tight to walk around. Jorge did have cleaning staff restock dishwasher pods, and garbage bags, and a few laundry pods before we were told via vrbo-message laundry pods are not includedâŠ.so bring your own. And bring your own spices, etc if planning on cooking. My brother and family rented a condo in downtown Vail, and their condo was well stocked with spices, basic cooking suppliesâŠthatâs what should be the norm when paying so much for offseaso
