Enjoy meals at the granite breakfast bar, in the formal dining area, or out on the balcony while enjoying those gorgeous mountain and river views. With two bedrooms off the hallway and one right off the kitchen, the family room (complete with gas fireplace!) is the true centerpiece of this mountain condo. The full kitchen is opened up enough so the chef will always feel like part of the conversation. All three bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, and the main bedroom has a bonus entrance to the balcony. But no matter what bedroom you pick, guests of this condo will have access to shared amenities such as the heated outdoor pool and three hot tubs.

Of course, the biggest draw is the slopeside location for prime ski-in/ski-out access. The building features a front desk and concierge in main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals, just off the main lobby as well. On the first floor you'll find the business center, pool and hot tubs! Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin operated washers and dryers. Off the property you’ll find Vail General store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. All nearby Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away for when you’re not spending your time on the slopes. Adventure Ridge at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola operates day and night, in both winter and summer, for unbeatable family fun!

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
