Pros: Location! Easy to get anywhere in Vail! Beautiful golden aspens off the very large deck! The beds were decent and everything seemed pretty clean. The TV had streaming as well. Cons: The second bedroom is very out of date. The bathroom feels gross with broken knobs on the faucet, stains on the walls and hasn’t been updated since the ‘80s. Hand soap was also not provided in the second bathroom or kitchen. The carpet is very stained and takes away from the cleanliness of the place. The kitchen was scant on supplies, it took forever to find the salt and pepper and there was no non-stick spray. The WiFi did not work during our stay, and there was not a welcome binder to show us around or help with minor problems. It shouldn’t be necessary to contact the owners for smaller problems when we are only there for two nights. There are so many empty cabinets and it took forever to find games and the kitchen “staples.” The deck also has almost no lounging furniture and there were no fire starters for the fireplace.Summary: Once the owners put actual money in updating this place, it could be a gem. At the moment the age shows and it feel unclean and it can be hard to find items amongst the tons of furniture and cabinets.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

This was a quick weekend trip for the Vail Dance Festival and this home was PERFECT for our stay! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and also had a great deck to enjoy a cup of coffee each morning. The location is also perfect! I came to this festival a couple years ago and our location that time was okay, but this location was GREAT! Just a five minute drive to the main parking at Vail Village. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Vail Value

This was a great value spot for vail. Took full advantage of the kitchen, which ahead everything we needed to feed our large group and the fire place which was a cozy touch. The host was very helpful and responsive throughout the process.

Comfortable furniture in an older, comfy condo. Plenty of space, including a work desk and big dining table. Kitchen had utensils and dishes. Really appreciated the wood fire with a view off the spacious deck before it was dark. Getting to park inside a garage during a snowstorm was great. Elevator from parking garage to 4th floor condo gave handicap access.

Great stay at a great price and location

The stay was great. The location was undergoing a remodel in the common areas, but our stay was quiet and we experienced no impact from the remodel. The unit was exceptionally clean. Amazing kitchen and livi by room. The first bedroom is dated, but again, clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well for those here on business.

Great location

We loved the location, so close to Vail Village and the Berry Ford park. The unit could use some updates in the 2nd bathroom and living room furniture and carpet throughout the unit. We enjoyed the big living area and open kitchen layout. The entire facility is under a remodel/update in the hallways and that didn't bother us. The indoor hot tub and game room are a nice added touch. The outside pool is in a beautiful setting, it was chilly when we visited so we didn't use it but it looked nice. Overall we are very happy with our visit and mini vacation to Vail. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Great location

This condo was perfect. I thought it was very clean and in a great location. The hosts were quick to respond to any messages. The only issue was the lock. You have to turn the lock to the left to unlock. It also took me a couple of times entering the code before it would click to unlock. But it didn’t bother me too much. Hopefully it will be available in the future because I will be booking it again.

Not quite as nice as advertised

We entered the code but there were no instructions concerning anything about turning the deadbolt to the left after entering the code. Took twenty minutes for the property manager to call us back. There was no information sheet in the condo explaing anything. No instructions on what to do with trash. They need to throw away the rug under the kitchen table or try and have it cleaned, it looks awfully dirty. Big bubble in the second bath above the shower where the paint has gotten wet and it's hanging down from the ceiling. Screen on the door leadng from the living area is torn away from the frame on the bottom right. T V had three remoted all three were missing batteries. Bulbs were out in some of the lamps, not plug ins for the lamps in the living room. Blinds in the master bedroom missing pull cords to operate the blind. There was construction going on outside of our door the whole time we were there. The ceiling tiles had all been removed they were putting up crown moulding. all of the carpet base had been removed and it looked like they were getting ready to paint the walls. Were we aware of the construction we would not have rented the property. Once we settled in we enjoyed our stay in Vail but we were didappointed inthe propery.
