Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Perfect for large groups

Great property perfect for large groups. We had 12 people staying here so much fun easy to get into the town and into restaurants fast accessibility to the bus route.

Beautiful and spacious condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! The view was great and only a short walk to Lions Head. Pool and grounds were well maintained and would definitely stay here again! As others have noted you do have to walk up a lot of stairs to access the unit and there’s a fair amount of highway noise when you’re not inside.

Very spacious for our group of 10. Huge kitchen/great room, and balconies with fabulous views of Vail Mountain. Close to pedestrian overpass right in to Lionshead Village. But lots of stairs. Would not be a good location for anyone with mobility issues.

Very happy experience.

Excellent condo floor plan for my family. My family had ages 20 months through 69 years old stay at the condo and it worked very well. The furnishings were very nice and complete. I appreciated host Brian taking a couple calls from me when I called but, we didn't need to contact him after we arrived. Would love to stay at this unit again! Thanks!

This is a nice property. 4 flights of stairs to get to the unit, difficult with a lot of luggage. No dish soap was provided otherwise enough cooking utensils and supplies. Hot Tub area is nice but could be cleaned a bit more.

Lots of room and able to spread out. Two washers and dryers were nice to have. My only complaint was with the stairs up to complex ten the 2 flight up to 3rd floor. My wife and I are 66 and were a bit much for us. But you do get a great view when you get there

My girlfriends are very sophisticated travelers and we found this home to be extremely clean with thoughtful amenities. My only comment (which I've seen in other reviews) is to be aware that there is no elevator to the unit so the walk up 4 flights of stairs should be considered depending on the amount of luggage one has or any health issues. But we would definitely book this condo again (next year)!
