- Bonus In-Law Suite (optional) – King bed + bunk, plus private living room & kitchen, available for $500/night
*Note: If not reserved, the homeowner may occasionally use the in-law suite on weekends.*

- The home should be reasonably tidy upon checkout. Fees apply for not complying to checkout rules.
- We understand the urge to move furniture, kitchen items, etc. to fit your needs. Please put everything back in its original place upon checkout.
- Exterior security camera is located near the garage/driveway and record the exterior area for property security; it does not record inside the home.
