We just returned from a ski vacation and had a very good experience with this property with only some minor inconveniences.First the positives. If you're not looking to spend a fortune to stay in a ski in/out property this location was excellent. It was a very short walk to the bus stop which ran very efficiently. The bus option to/from Vail Village was very convenient.While not included with the rental, the Vail Racquet Club is also very close (medium distance walk or very short ride). Here they have a pool, multiple hot tubs, gym/fitness equipment, steam room, sauna, etc. The day pass was 35 each. While not cheap, I imagine if this unit had these amenities the rent would have been higher so we looked at it that way.The unit itself was bigger than the pictures show which was a nice surprise. Parking was right at the front door. Check-in/out was simple and the unit was clean and well prepared for us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it had all the necessities we needed (kitchen supplies, toiletries).The minor inconveniences: water flow in the downstairs shower was poor (new shower head needed), microwave kept tripping the circuit breaker, the ice tasted a little off (new filter perhaps needed), and "smart" TV hard to operate. These did not upset us or spoil our stay.While not perfect or as luxurious as other places, this was one of the lower priced units available and with that in mind we thought the value was really good and we were happy we chose it.

The house is cozy and clean with amazing views of the creek. We enjoy sitting on the deck or the seating area closer to the creek and watching the kids play in the water. It is a refreshing and relaxing home.

Soothing sound of Gore Creek

Pros: This is a spacious condo located few yards from Gore Creek. The setting is beautiful. Cons: This property is apparently shared with another unit next door, and the renters from the other unit ran around the ground in the evening and was noisy (there were 7-8 children in that family!). We wished the management had notified us of the fact that we would be sharing with them, On the day before we left, the key code stopped working. It took them 45 mins to resolve the issue to let us reenter the house. We were not happy that they, for some reason, had changed the code and the management never offered an apology for their mistake.

Needing better local assistance!

We had a day and a half without Wi-Fi or TV which put a couple people in a bad situation trying to work from home, We got alot of lip service from Vacasa but they were really ineffective in helping never saw anyone from the local team! Later found out it was because the vendor hadn't been (Xfinity ) paid!

Wonderful duplex for family vacation!

This duplex is perfect for a family vacation. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
