This remodeled one bedroom apartment is conveniently located in East Vail’s Pitkin Creek Park. The full kitchen has a breakfast bar as well as a dining table. There is a queen sized bed and a second flat screen in the bedroom. No need to overpack, a washer and dryer are also in the condo. The complex is known for its amenities which include an on sight grocery/liquor store, hot tub, ski shop, summer pool, and shuttle stop. The free shuttle runs every 15 minutes into the Village during ski season. After a memory filled day of outdoor adventures, enjoy a meal at home and relax in front of the wood burning fireplace with the backdrop of the mountains out your window.

This is the cutest apartment. Bright, renovated, clever usage of space. Tere was most accommodating and there were welcome treats awaiting us. Everything was ready for us including firewood. Since it is located right above the Sims Market in East Vail, we were a little nervous about the noise level. Nothing to worry about - it was a great stay. Would definitely return.

We were in this condo for a month (February 2023). This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in over the past several years. Good communication with property management, everything was in working order, a short walk to the bus stop. We would rent this place condo again.

Nice location

Nice apartment, close to the bus stop, it is on the smaller side, not much closet space at all. But it was good for us, we had issue with lock door, was not able to shut off alarm for the lock for a while. Otherwise was a good stay.

Comfortable, quiet, convenient

We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again next year. The rooms are generously sized, and the living/dining area is especially spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped, which is especially important to us since we prepared almost all our meals in the condo. The en suite laundry machines were a nice feature. The market, which is just a few steps away, was very handy - and we were pleasantly surprised that the market caused no bothersome noise or congestion. Walking to the bus stop takes about 3 minutes, which was quite convenient

A true find in East Vail

Our one bedroom condo in East Vail was first and foremost: exactly as described. Spotless, steps away from the bus to Vail (about 8-12min), and complete with the most thoughtful of amenities. It was as if we had bought the place ourselves, furnished it to our liking and made sure that it had all the essentials for a winter ski/snowboard vacation. As we were leaving, all we could think about was when we would be able to come back. Our property manager, Tere Lautner, was six stars out of five: conscientious, prompt in response, and always going the extra mile to insure our stay was absolutely terrific!

Reviewer Comments: For the second year in a row, we have been the beneficiary of Tere Lautner's superb service and have returned to this wonderful condo in East Vail. From the beautiful upgrades in the bedroom cabinets to the fully functional kitchen, warmly appointed living room, and the incredible ease of getting on the East Vail bus to get to the slopes, this is everything that a visitor to Vail could want. It has convenience and luxury, without breaking the bank by staying in Lionshead or Vail Village and is only a 5-10minute free busride to town. And then there's the mountain and back bowls, which will always be a draw for us. Gore Creek Properties is an incredible find and we cannot recommend it highly enough - please see for yourself!

The condo was well maintained. The only slight issue is the key pad battery needed to be replaced but Tere (Property Manager) responded immediately. Thank you Terre!! Overall description was spot on. We appreciated the convenience to market downstairs, the free bus line to drop us off at Vail and the firewood for our nightly fires in the fireplace. On our non-ski days, we took the bus into Vail Village and walked around/shopped and had a bite to eat, all without worrying about parking. Would definitely book again. Thank you!

Great for a ski vacation!

This condo was beautiful inside and located conveniently in east Vail. Shuttle stop right outside, first stop in east Vail returning in the afternoon, a quick ride to town/gondola in the morning. Beautiful view of trees and mountains thru the windows. Grocery just below (with most things we needed - lots of breakfast and dinner options). Comfortable bed. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Would stay here again!
