Un nouveau remodelage de cette propriĂ©tĂ© vient d'ĂȘtre achevĂ©, avec un superbe design moderne. Soyez l'un des premiers Ă  sĂ©journer ici en rĂ©servant maintenant pour rĂ©server votre espace! Il a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement refait du sol au plafond, de mur Ă  mur dans un design moderne europĂ©en Ă©lĂ©gant avec des appareils haut de gamme, une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse, des tĂ©lĂ©viseurs LED et plus encore.

Cette unité dort 6 confortablement (8 si vous utilisez le salon canapé-lit), comprend 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complÚtes. Il est situé au deuxiÚme étage avec un accÚs facile par ascenseur.

Le salon met en évidence une cheminée massive en tuiles sculptées à la main, une télévision LED de 50 ', un accÚs gratuit à Netflix, des coins salons confortables et un éclairage doux pour un cadre détendu aprÚs une journée bien remplie sur les pistes ou en explorant les sentiers de Vail.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, un grand placard, une télévision LED de 46 "et beaucoup d'espace pour installer un berceau portable. Il existe également un Graco Pack N Play disponible pour les nourrissons. La salle de bains dispose d'une douche à l'italienne avec des appareils Kohler.

La deuxiÚme chambre comprend deux lits queen et une télévision LED de 46 ". La deuxiÚme salle de bain a également une douche à l'italienne avec des appareils Kohler.

La cuisine complÚte est bien équipée avec tous les outils et appareils nécessaires pour soutenir une journée ou une semaine de repas. Les appareils Miele haut de gamme, les surfaces en quartz et les siÚges ouverts font de la cuisine le point focal de la propriété.

Profitez d'un repas sur le pont avec le barbecue à gaz barbecue dans nos mois chauds! L'unité donne sur la piscine de la propriété (fermée pendant la basse saison) et le bain à remous (ouvert toute l'année, ferme à 22 h tous les soirs), tout en offrant une vue fantastique sur la montagne Vail.

When we first arrived and entered we noticed the door jam was separated as if someone tried breaking in the door. Later when attempting to heat the stovetop to cook dinner we could not get the unit to work. YouTube videos no help. Had to go to plan B. Next there was a water leak that poured into the unit below ours. They came banging on the door to cause us, only to find out the next day from maintenance that is came from the fourth floor. Second day of stay we were disturbed by loud construction taking place in one of the adjacent units for HOURS. Beds were not very comfortable so did not sleep well. Just a bad experience for a costly stay

The home was clean, looked like the online photos, and was in a great location. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. Wasn't able to reach housekeeper/local property manager via text but wasn't a big deal. Would recommend.

Great Vail Village 2/2 condo

Perfect location in the Vail Village. The condo was super comfortable for our family of 5 and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few meals. Wonderful relationship with the BaseCamp ski rental shop. Will definitely stay here again!

One Night in Vail

The property manager provided detailed and accurate information on the property. We arrived late but were able to easily access the property using the details provided. Property was clean and as described in the listing. We enjoyed one comfortable night. Can’t speak to the area or neighborhood since we left early in the morning, but would stay again if ever in the area.

Not what we were expecting

We booked this condo based off the reviews that it was in pristine condition. Upon arrival we were quite disappointed to find the carpets stained and very dirty. Screen door was broken and just laying up against the dirty patio wall. King bed comforter was stained in several spots. Bathroom vanity lights were burnt out and furniture was old, chipped and uncomfortable. Mark was great at responding and was able to at least get the lights fixed during our stay and worked out compensation for the condo not being up to standards. Overall i would recommend this condo because of location and updated kitchen and only if the above listed items were fixed.

Would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location - can’t be beat! This is at the corner of Vail Rd and W Meadow, right on the edge of Vail Village (walkable to everything in Vail Village, and Lionshead too). Reserved parking spot in garage; heated outdoor pool and hot tub; and a wonderful 2nd floor unit with balcony. The open kitchen layout helps the square footage feel bigger than it is and takes advantage of the balcony view. Appliances were all quite modern and European brands; we had a bit of a learning curve, and it took quite a while longer to cook things than we’re used to - probably some combination of altitude + user error + appliances. There is a washer and dryer in unit, which was amazingly convenient - also European brands, and tiny relative to full size units, but we just did laundry daily. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were well appointed, dishes and drinkware were modern and high-end. The condo even had Alexa! Note that there is no plastic drinkware or dishes in the unit (for kids, or to use poolside) and washcloths were not provided among the bathroom linens (common in Europe but we would have brought our own if we’d known). Not a big deal, but helpful to know! The host provided detailed directions ahead of time which was much appreciated. We stayed with 3 young kids and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vail getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo in Vail. The location is close and perfect for walking into town. It was warm the first day and there is no air conditioning in the condo, but once we figured out the fans we were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. There is even an “Alexa” device for our music enjoyment. Our group drove up from Colorado Springs and we’re happy that a parking space below the building is included. We would definitively recommend this listing!

We love 9 Vail Road

Great stay at Mark’s property. We stayed here about 7-8 years ago and the property is still maintained well and is the perfect location between Vail Village and Lionshead. The unit is upgraded compared to all others in the area with a very nice kitchen, washer/dryer, underground parking and a pool and hot tub (seasonal). The only thing that could be improved is the carpeting which is dated and a little stained but overall the unit was clean (I understand it’s difficult with ski stuff to keep clean in winter). Mark was very responsive with questions and Manny was helpful with early checkin. We will definitely return to 9 Vail Road!!

Long Weekend Family Getaway

Great location in Vail Village - Close enough to walk everywhere but off the beaten path so a quieter spot. Easy check in and check out with underground parking. Condo was spotless, comfortable and well stocked. Only negative is no air conditioning but I believe that is normal for the area.

Condo in Vail Village

Overall, the condo was great. The couch in the living room is very worn and should be replaced if possible. Kitchen could use some aluminum foil, plastic bags, etc. Definitely need some instructions on how to operate the cooktop (had to call Manny) and the TV in the master bedroom, which we could not get to work. Other than that, the condo is very well stocked, a great location to get to the slopes and was comfortable for 4 adults.
