Large holiday home with pool, spa and sauna

Wonderful, large pool holiday home – located in the middle of Marielyst but still in peaceful and quiet surroundings, and also close to the famous Marielyst Beach. You are welcome to bring your dog on vacation here.



The house's wellness area features an indoor swimming pool with opportunities for play and cozy gatherings. The pool measures up to 3 m in width, 6.6 m in length, and is up to 1.4 m deep. The water temperature ranges from 24 to 28° C. There is also a sauna where you can relax and enjoy the warmth, as well as a spa area with space for 5 people.



The house accommodates 12 people plus possibly a small child (under 3 years old). It is bright and friendly decorated and equipped with an energy-saving heat pump. There is a lovely living room with a good dining area and a high chair, as well as a large corner sofa and a wood-burning stove, 3 TVs, a radio, a stereo system, and a CD player. There are channels in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, and English. Wireless internet is of course also available.



The kitchen is well-equipped with ceramic cooktops, a convection oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher.



The house has 2 bathrooms with toilets, showers, and underfloor heating. There is also a washing machine and a dryer, which is great for wet towels after a day at the beach.



There are 5 good bedrooms with double beds, and a loft with two mattresses as well as a baby bed.



The house is situated on a lovely large natural plot of about 1700 m2. There is a total of 40 m2 of terrace area and a covered terrace of 16 m2 where you can enjoy vacation evenings in front of the cozy outdoor fireplace. A grill is available as well.



The house is only 200 meters from Larsens Plads, so the kids can run down to buy ice cream or maybe a beach ball.



There is a storage room as well as a swing and a sandpit for the children. Parking is available on the premises.
