-Our apartment is located on the second floor, so please note it may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
-We will require the full name and ID number of each guest entering the property, as this is mandatory for access.
-Cell phone signal may be limited on our floor; however, we provide Wi-Fi so you can stay connected at all times.
-The club’s operating hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday (closed on Mondays for maintenance).
-The Bayside Lagoon is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
-During school holidays, Carnival, Easter, Christmas, and New Year, schedules may vary and will be announced in advance.
-The Club remains closed on Mondays, except when Monday falls on a public holiday (this does not apply to the tennis courts or gym).

House Rules

We want you to enjoy an amazing stay, so please follow these simple guidelines:

1️⃣ Take care of the space
Please treat the apartment as if it were your own. Take care of the furniture, appliances, and equipment so everything remains in excellent condition.

2️⃣ Smoke-free space
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony.

3️⃣ No pets, please
To ensure comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

4️⃣ Quiet hours – no parties ❌
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. Parties or gatherings are not permitted.

5️⃣ Check-in and Check-out ⏳
Check-in: From 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: By 11:00 a.m.
Late check-out is subject to availability and carries an additional fee.

6️⃣ Trash and personal items
Help us keep the space clean by disposing of trash in the designated bins. Please do not hang or display personal items such as clothes, towels, or shoes, and do not throw anything from the balcony.

7️⃣ Keys and access cards
Please take care of them. Lost keys or cards will incur a replacement fee.

8️⃣ Occupancy and visitors
Only registered guests are allowed. Visitors are not permitted.
