Kids paradise 2 rooms in villa with AC in Playa Vacamonte

Come to paradise, a 5 min walk to the private beach, water parks, pools in Vacamonte, Provincia de Panamá Oeste. You can enjoy one or 2-bedrooms in our villa. We also leave there and can't wait to welcome you! You'll have your own bathroom with all amenities free of charge (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap bars...) plenty of towels The lovely space features two queen beds, perfect for a restful night.Each bedroom has its own A/C split unit. You can control your own temperature. Guests enjoy a clean bathroom with a refreshing shower to start the day right. Cool air flows through the villa, making it a pleasant retreat after exploring. The quaint setting invites you to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, this phenomenal villa offers a welcoming home base. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. There is a large TV in the leaving room as well as a speaker music box which can connect with bluetooth on your device.

Please consider this VRBO as your own home. If you have little kids, we all know that kids are kids however if you or a kid breaks something it cannot be hidden and you should offer to replace it or pay to replace the broken item. Large inflatable toys for the pool are there for you to use them. They CANNOT be used at the beach due to the shells and corals or rocks that would damage them, so their use is restricted to the pool ONLY. The pool access with water park, as well as the kids water park and the lagoon with canoes are not free of charge. There is a one-time access charge of 15 per adult and $ 5 per children who are above age 5 to a maximum of 4 guests for the entire duration of your stay (up to 10 days). Over 4 guests, the access charge is the same as above but per day for each additional guest over 4. Kids under the age of 5 have free access. The beach access if free of charge. Please respect the check in and check-out time as we may have other guests coming in after you. You are welcome to use the kitchen to cook your own food, however, please buy your own food and drinks. A small bottle water will be provided for each person for you free of charge on your arrival day. If you want us to prepare breakfast, we charge a fee of $8 per adult and $4 for kids above age 4 per breakfast, please let us know in advanced what you like (type of cereals for the kids or yourself if you are staying more than 2 nights) or if you want eggs and ham for example, there is a surcharge of $5 per person. Let us know in advance the type of drink you like such as coffee, O/J etc. There will be a space reserved for you in the fridge so that you can store your own food and drinks. We do not allow drama's, verbal disputes and expect a mutual cordial relationship during your stay. In the event that you are not happy with something, please speak up so that we can try to correct the issue if any. You are expected to clean your dishes, using a sponge and liquid soap for dishes and clean the top of the cooking range after cooking with the appropriate sponge and product. When you check out, please empty the small trash can from your bathroom into the main trash can located in the kitchen. Soap, shampoo and conditioner is provided free of charge. Please do not take it with you when you leave. If you are staying for over 5 days, soap, shampoo and conditioner will be replenished if needed. Washer and dryer can be used for a charge of $5 per wash and $5 per dry if you are using the dryer: => PLEASE ASK FIRST, SO WE CAN SHOW YOU HOW THEY BOTH WORK AS THE DRYER WORKS WITH GAS AND ELECTRICITY (IT IS HIGHLY EFFICIENT AND DRY VERY FAST SO YOU NEED TO WATCH OUT NOT TO OVERHEAT THE DRYER AS IT COULD DAMAGE YOUR CLOTHES IF THEY ARE FRAGILE. You can hang your clothes also as the sun in Panama is free of charge! On your check out date, please ensure that the toilet is cleaned. Brush and products are provided to that effect. SHOES: Please leave your shoes either in front of the main entrance door outside or behind the door in the leaving room. If you would like us to arrange excursions, we can do that or if you would like us to cook for you a nice meal, we can also arrange it with prior notice for a fee. There is a small restaurant and a small supermarket located just 5 min walk from the house after the first security check point in the community. We'll be happy to assist you the best we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Additional rules
While we allow up to 6 guests, please note that there are 2 bedrooms available for you, each with one Queen size bed. 2 small children could sleep on the sofa and a bed sheet and small blanket can be provided at no additional charge and such arrangement is only to help a large family. You have your own private bathroom and toilet inside it with plenty of towels.
It is NOT ALLOWED to vape/ smoke inside or outside our home and on the community common area’s. You can use the portable Bluetooth PA speaker as long as the volume is reasonable and does not bother others. The TV in the leaving room has Wi-Fi access to Netflix or any similar movies or news networks. While vacation is to have fun, guests who will show aggressive behavior or do not follow the house rules will be given a chance to correct such issue. If the issue continues, like being intoxicated, use of illegal drug, have loud conversations after hours or a similar issue will be asked to leave and no refund will be provided. VRBO will be notified right away to explain the situation as we must preserve safety and integrity inside our home but also for our neighbors following protocols of our community guidance as well. Only service or emotional animals are allowed (no dangerous species such as snakes or lizards are not allowed...rabbit or similar , cats are OK...Please advise in advance if you have a service or emotional animal and what type is it) If you have a service or emotional pet, kindly note that you need to be responsible after your pet inside our home or anywhere around the house community since dogs mut be kept with a leach at all time outside as per the community's rules and regulation. If your animal goes to the bathroom inside the house, you are responsible to clean after your dog also outside as there is special container all over to that effect on the property. You cannot leave your dog inside the house alone, and the dog shall be kept in your room and cannot be loose in the common areas like the leaving room, dinning room, owner's quarters or the kitchen. Animals are not allowed to sleep on/ in the bed. While Linen' blankets, bed sheets, towels are washed after each guest visit, it is simply not accepted. In the event that a pet (dog or cat) destroys a bed cover, towels or any item in the house, you are responsible to replace it or pay for a replacement. A dog that would keep barking is a nuisance for the wellbeing and peace, therefore if you have a dog that has a habit to bark for no reason and would disrupt the rest of others, you are to notify us before booking as we have also a family. Please note that drinking other beverages than water and eating in the bedrooms is prohibited. When you need to feed your pet if you have one and he meets the criteria's, you can feed your pet outside the kitchen as there is a covered area just before the washer and dryer.
