I stayed 3 nights at Apollo Hotel Utrecht for a business trip in May 2019. I booked a Deluxe room.
The 2 things that come in my mind when I think about the Apollo Hotel in Utrecht is dirty and noisy. I had to ask to change room because when I get into the first room the floor was dirty, the bed showed a mark like if someone sat on it, the bathroom was tiny and worst part, the bath tube was fool of hair. The second room was a bit cleaner but nothing fancy there. I could not turn on the TV and it didn't not come with a good wifi connection. Besides don't expect to sleep well because the hotel is close to the main streets so it's really noisy.
Hopefully there are good points. The hotel is close to the mall so lot of shops and restaurants. The bed was quite confortable. The room has at disposal an iron and an iron table. For coffee lovers, there is a Nespresso machine with capsules. Other than that, we need to think twice to find other positive aspects.
I can't tell about the breakfast, I didn't take it !
Definitely far far away from a 4 star hotel. So I would not stay again in that hotel and of course I do not recommend it.
