Inside the main house, you'll find gorgeous hardwood floors, a well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating, a dining table for six, and two distinct living areas with comfortable furnishings and cable-equipped, flatscreen TVs. Cross the back porch and the yard and step into the warm and inviting guest house where you'll find a large, sunlit living area with high ceilings and a gas fireplace, and a second full kitchen with a breakfast bar. And when it's time to split up and call it a night, you'll find four bedrooms divided evenly among the two homes including two rooms with queen-size beds, a kid-friendly bunk room in the front house with an en suite bath, and a fourth room in the guest house with a twin trundle and en suite bath of its own.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
