Tucked away on a private lot at the end of the street, Elite Ruffino Retreat offers the ultimate in luxury and relaxation. This 4-bedroom, 3 full bath, 2 half bath home is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring a heated pool with slide, hot tub, pickleball court, and a serene koi pond.

Inside, the grand entry opens to a spacious TV room with access to the screened porch, perfect for movie nights. Across the hall, a peaceful sitting room invites you to unwind with a book, practice yoga, or catch up on work. The primary suite is a true retreat, boasting a fireplace, workout area, lounging couch, king bed, and a spa-like ensuite with a soaking tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. This suite also offers direct access to the hot tub and screened porch.

At the heart of the home, the chef’s kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances, a Sub-Zero fridge, a large island with seating for six, and a peninsula with three additional stools—ideal for gathering. The adjacent living room features a grand fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and plush seating. A spacious screened porch extends the entertaining space, complete with lounge seating and a dining table for 12.

Two bedrooms—one with two queen beds and the other with one queen bed—share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower. A laundry room is also conveniently located nearby. Above the garage, the fourth bedroom offers two queen beds, a full bath with a walk-in shower, and a large sectional couch, making it the perfect space for kids or additional guests.

Outside, the expansive backyard is a private paradise. Enjoy the heated pool with slide, 8-person hot tub, fire pit, treehouse, tetherball, and a lush raspberry grove. The grill area includes a wet bar and mini fridge, while a pool bathroom and outdoor shower add convenience. The pickleball court doubles as a spacious driveway.
