The newly finished basement level includes an additional bedroom with two queen beds, a sofa sleeper, and a second living area complete with a wet bar, mini-fridge, and gas fireplace. Guests can unwind in style with a brand-new 7-ft convertible pool and ping-pong table, complete with padded benches and built-in storage — perfect for game nights, family fun, or rainy-day entertainment — then relax in the cozy lounge area or enjoy the private sauna, a luxurious new feature ideal for post-adventure rejuvenation.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

EV Charger: This home is equipped with a fast universal EV charger, making it convenient for guests with electric cars to charge right at the property.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
