This villa have 5 bedrooms but we offer you *Only 4 Rooms* with Breakfast and Dinner(our Dinner is Srilankan style:white rice,egg hoppers,pol roti,yellow rice,koththu roti,fried rice,string hoppers) as Home Stay.

-our villa give everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer,a microwave,coffee machine,toaster and dishwasher.
The villa is a perfect place to relax with jacuzzi massage in pool and offers a television and internet access.
This villa has 4 Bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8 people.
(All room with attached bath rooms,Hot water,air conditioner,fan,tv and mini fridge)
1).In the first floor one bedroom, you will find a king size double bed and terrace with garden view.
2).in second floor three bedroom contains a king size double bed and balcony with landmark view.
3).in third floor you will find roof top with land mark view and little bit of sea view.
All 5 bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower with Hot water.

Linen and bath rooms towels,pool towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is around the clock and check-out is 11am.
-Silence time in villa:Sunday to thursday 23.59hrs friday to saturday 2am
- Smoking is not allowed in rooms
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property.
