It is located in the centre of the Unawatuna, in a good neighborhood, 15-20 minutes away from the famous Unawatuna beaches. It is 2-hour drive from Sri Lanka's main Airport, Bandaranayake. Only a 20 minute drive to the great Galle Fort, a ‘historical, archaeological and architectural heritage monument’.

It is a self-catering property with 3 food cities in walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants to try new cuisines from around the world, including Sri Lanka’s own traditional food.
From here, the Great Yala Safari and Udawalawe Elephant orphanage is 3 hours away on the highway. Whale watching at Mirissa beach is only a 30-40 minute drive.
Breath-taking hiking trails of above 2000m are found in Ella, about 3-hour drive. The Kanneliya forest complex is one of the few last remaining large rainforests in Sri Lanka and it hosts many tourist attractions whilst also being only 40 minutes away from the property.
Ideal place to enjoy the coastal down south of Sri Lanka with famous Hikkaduwa beach and coral reef only a 30 minutes drive on the southern highway. Unawatuna beach night life is electric and vibrant, with tourists coming from all over the world to visit.
