Agriturismo Il Poggio, Casa Pietra, with shared pool

High above Umbertide, with beautiful views over the town and the typically Umbrian valleys and hills, you will find the agriturismo il Poggio, with two villas for rent. Each has a private entrance and private garden, but shares the pool. The pool is 5 by 14 meters (depth is 1.40 meters) and is fenced.

Casa Pietra has been totally rebuilt in the old style with the typical stone walls of the area. One lives in the apartment on the first floor (80 m2) with access from the covered external staircase, from where one enters in the entrance hall. There is a spacious living area with a sofa and a large dining table with chairs and a well-equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, oven, 4 pit hob, fridge, and freezer). There are 2 bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 single bed) sharing one bathroom. The bathroom has a shower. In total, this first floor is suitable for 5. On top of the outside staircase is a spacious terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the valley below.

On the ground floor is a small apartment where the bedroom with a double bed can be used. This floor also has a bathroom with a shower. In this bathroom is the washing machine. There is an extra kitchen, which may be handy when at the pool or for extra cool drinks.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The ground-floor apartment is wheelchair friendly.

The nearest town is Umbertide, which is almost literally down the hill and a 10-minute drive. There are shops and restaurants, and a nice market every Wednesday morning.

Other distances: 50 minutes to the centre of Perugia or to Assisi, and Città di Castello is 30 minutes. Rome is 2.5 hours and Florence is a 2-hour drive.

There is a washing machine and a barbecue. The pizza oven is shared with the other villa. 
Two baby cots and two high chairs are available.

The pool is open in June, July, August, and until mid-September.

The use of the heating is charged based on consumption.
