This property is spread over one floor with the heart of the home being the open-plan living room/kitchen/diner. Filled with natural light thanks to the sliding doors and furnished with large sofas, you'll have plenty of space to sprawl out and relax whilst soaking in the surrounding views. Set your creative juices flowing in the contemporary kitchen area which has been finished to a high standard with a three-seater breakfast bar creating social opportunity whilst you're cooking. In addition, an eight-seater dining table provides space for all the family to gather together, be it for meal times or evenings spent playing board games. All of the rooms are tastefully styled in colours to create a good atmosphere to help you fall asleep. The first of the bedrooms is furnished with a king-size bed, as well as enjoying the luxury of having an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two features a super-king bed which can be made up as a twin upon request and bedroom three is a standard twin, well-suited to children. The family bathroom is a luxurious affair with a free-standing bathtub, shower cubicle and a spa-like feel. Outside you can make the most of good weather on the patio and on the lawned garden which is perfect for children and dogs alike.
Head to the market town of Barnstaple to browse the local pannier market, or join a stretch of the Tarka Trail for a picturesque walking route with a number of cafes to stop and refuel at. If you fancy a day out on the coast, you can take your pick between North Devon''s fine dog-friendly beaches which include Instow (16 miles) and Saunton (17 miles). Here you can stroll on the sand, try your hand at surfing or dig into a tasty treat at one of the beachside cafes and restaurants.
